"The place has a charm, however it was cold there already in September. The receptionist lady was a kind of arrogant already on the phone. They had an issue with their system on my arrival night and finally the receptionist or their system made a mistake and made another booking to my name without notifying me from it and later they took my money from my bank account at the time of the second booking what they made! When I saw it, I called them and that receptionist refused to refund it, she blamed me and regarded to their business politics and the management didn't reply to my emails and messages. It was shocking that they are ready to do it for 1 night amount and that they are not trustable. Very bad business approach. So better to avoid this place or if you go pay only with cash!"
