"Stayed in here for 6 nights with my girlfriend probably wouldn’t stay there again. The hotel room itself was quite clean but apart from that wasn’t much to it the tv was quite outdated for a 4 star hotel couldn’t watch much on it ,The fridge didn’t really keep anything cold. Amenities were also terrible we went up to the gym hoping to do some exercise but there was no power and everything was unplugged bearing in mind earlier that day we asked if it’s free to use and the lady at reception said it’s open 7-10 it was also quite dirty with napkins laying on the floor. During our stay we decided to get something to eat at the restaurant which i wouldn’t recommend as the waitress was very rude only spoke to me and ignored my girlfriend not saying a word to her even when handing the food she didn’t make any eye contact ( the food itself wasn’t bad but the service made it distasteful) Honourable mentions •half a toilet roll when we arrived (not cool) •quite spooky at night ghosties turning ac on and off"

"Another stay at this hotel, and ... I guess a bit of a disappointment. Hotel in the central construction site. Around them they are building apartment blocks, hotels. No above-ground parking spaces ... Those at the hotel, an external company with an abstract price of PLN 16 per hour. Rooms with a view of Kościuszko Square, up to the third floor, without any view, because of the growing trees.:( Perfect cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Fast elevators."

"The TV only worked in advertising mode, I couldn't switch to any TV channels. When I reported the problem, the gentleman at the front desk said he didn't have another remote or batteries and that he was sorry. There was a screw sticking out of the wall in the shower cabin. In the breakfast room, the ceiling panels were damaged and the lighting was hanging loose."
