"Very good customer service. Excellent facilities. Exceeded my expectations"

"amazing"

"Great value for money - lovely well appointed room in a great location. Extra bonus was the washer and dryer facilities, just have to provide your own washing pods."

"Everything is normal standard. Quite tidy and clean."

"Good stay. Nice hotel"

"Upon my arrival, I walked passed the reception entrance point as there was no entrance signage. After confirming my booking, I sat to wait in a corner where a Christmas tree stood. Refreshment was not available, which I found surprising. My room was occupied. A different room was immediately made available. *As you can see, the room was more than acceptable - apart from some debris on the carpet, it was clean. The room had a lovely, tall ceiling. The room contained a kitchenette with plenty of tea/coffee/milk. The bed was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with crisp, freshly laundered bedding and pillows. *The bathroom area was pristine. Perfect! *Breakfast was full English for an extra fee. It was delicious and plenty of it, served by chef who was more than helpful All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I fully recommend."

"The hotel was centrally located in the city centre with pleasant service. We booked two separate rooms."
