The AC was extremely hot and couldn’t sleep . They mentioned cold air has not open , haven’t slept for one night .
Next day they have taken some actions . However there was no upper management to been seen to solve issues . Duty manager tried hard however.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and checked in very late. The breakfast was a buffet style which was very good. Good selection of chinese food. Location is near the South Railway station and it costs 20rmb to go get there by taxi.

In particular, the waiters were serious, responsible, and friendly. The hotel's location (about 5-10 minutes walk from Line 14) facilities (standard for a high-end business hotel) services (room service, robots) including the executive lounge (beautiful environment on the 19th floor) are pretty good, especially the swimming pool, which is highly praised by children and has hot and cold water. There are many types of breakfast, and Qinghai tea is very good, but it always feels a little bit lacking, as if everything is expected. The improper attitude of some front desk staff is likely to destroy the reputation that the entire team has worked hard to build over the years. They made very unprofessional mistakes in such a position directly facing the guests. I hope this is just a small episode. A stain and blood were found at the head of the bed in the room, which is understandable, but it is fatal to people with mysophobia!

I took a break to travel and searched around the South Railway Station. It is very close to the subway. The environment is very quiet. The reception service is very good. The room is also very clean. Although it is not particularly big, it is okay for this place in Beijing. It is also a sparrow. Although it is small, it is well-equipped and can be regarded as a high-quality and affordable hotel. The location is close to Beijing South Railway Station and the environment is good! Clean and hygienic! There is a washing machine in the room, which is very thoughtful for travelers! GGuest UserThe butler in the store is very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to ask various needs, and will try to meet the needs of the children. This is the warm place of this homestay, and I always feel the warmth. I ordered dinner at the homestay, and I feel delicious and at home. It's not like the taste of 9 restaurants outside, but more like the taste of home. The taste is very good. It rained a little when we checked in. It's so comfortable to sit in a daze in the backyard after the rain, and the third floor A random shot of the sky mirror will give you a sense of instant vision of a blockbuster, and the children are crazy about it. The room facilities are also good, the only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, but because there are welcome white fungus soup and good night milk, these can be ignored. The most regrettable thing is that there is no water in the swimming pool because of the temperature problem. If there is a swimming pool, the children will be happier. Overall I commented that this is a very warm hotel, and I will choose it in the future.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

MMatyasLocated in a very good place. On the edge of a Hutong in an alley. The place is definitely not a 4 star hotel as it was stated on the Trip. The room is very small but the bed is very good. A few members of the staff are very friendly and keen to help but but others are just don't care or straight rude. The hotel has an everlasting sewer smell. Don't bother with breakfast they just unpack some store bought stuff and heat it up. Only Chinese breakfast and toast. Oh and they ordererd a scammer taxi for us to get to the airport on the last day (we paid triple what we paid on arrival even though the roads were empty because of early morning).

MMe麦I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

AAH 86I had a wonderful stay with my little one.
The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived and so patient when I had an issue checking in.
My daughter also took part in a cake decorating class during our stay and she thoroughly enjoyed.
The pool was quite large for hotels in Beijing, and the gym met needs.
Yael on the front desk, Andy for in room dining, Paolo and the team at Dacappo restaurant made our stay comfortable down to the last detail. The breakfast had enough choice, and the in-room dining portions were generous.
We will be recommending to friends, but will also come back again 😃

TTess BeijingVery dated for a 5* Hotel, especially the TV. Didn't feel like a 5* hotel compared to others we have stayed at in Beijing.
Highlight was the bath. The aircon did not work properly and was a very uncomfortable stay with it being too hot in the room.

AAnonymous UserAircon didn't work, have to suffer in a stuffy environment for 3 days. Was told that the aircon system broke down for awhile and they didn't fix it. No daily clean up service provided, items in the room were not changed although cleaning was provided. No solution to the problem was provided by the hotel, had to do everything by yourself. Location was good 3 mins from the subway although entering the street can be troublesome as there is a security counter at the entrance of street and had to use passport to enter.
