My friend and I were very pleased at the 2 nights stay here! They offer all kinds of facilities at free-of-charge, which was totally a good surprise. For example, we got free herbal bags for foot spa, plus sauna eye mask! U can also have free ice bars from the lobby area, etc. Room is small but nicely decorated with the theme of childhood life and the hotel conveniently locates at a traditional local neighborhood. Hence if u wish to taste something unique, this is absolutely a good choice! The only concern during our stay was: a bit noisy outside the hotel, as the hotel locates inside a public cultural and creative park, which opens to the public and with cafes and bars in the open area. We still would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good location. Overal cleanliness ok but floor was dirty in the room. Very good breakfast both chinese and western. Service good and trying their best even with langage barriers. I had a letter sent there they couldnt find, and when they found it, it was open and without the enveloppe. Seemed a bit weird.

hotel staff are very nice esp. the manager of the hotel i guess, he can speak english pretty well and try to help us about the question we have. smell nice in the corridor but in room even though it is a non smoking room but still smell a bit of smoke and might have a little cleaning issue on the floor. the hotel provides a lot of bottle of water the location is fine can walk to the shopping street very easily but first we dont know but find out later that its very close

The geographical location is very advantageous, just near Nanluoguxiang. Within a four-kilometer radius, it can cover a number of destinations such as the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, National Museum, Shichahai, Prince Gong's Mansion, and the Great Wall bus transfer point. It is an ideal rest base and transit station. The hotel has complete facilities, and the room area is significantly larger than similar hotels in the same area, and it is very clean and tidy. Outside the room window is the residential area in the alley, which is relatively quiet. I have never eaten in this hotel, so I can't comment on the food and beverage, but it is convenient to eat at the door, there are snacks, and there are several highly rated restaurants (such as the mutton shop, etc.), and there is also a Wumart supermarket next door. Every time you go out to the major attractions, you can pick some drinks, snacks and other equipment

Seeing that we were cold, they immediately offered hot tea. Seeing that the room we booked was stuffy, they upgraded the room for free. They also prepared suitable slippers and toothbrushes for the children. They also went to the warehouse and found two car toys. It was so considerate! ! ! My room is on the second floor. The passage inside is long. You can choose a room closer or farther from the elevator. It feels very exquisite when you open the door. The decoration is very new. Although it is small, it has all the necessary equipment. There is also a smart toilet and desktop embedded fast charger. , shout: Xiaodu Xiaodu, all facilities can be controlled by you! You can see QR codes everywhere that say ”Scan the code to complain and there will be a response”, which shows that the service is really good!

This is for the foreigners first of all! The hotel’s concept is very nice in general. The location is super convenient and interesting. BUT! 1. staff (and all other ppl around you in the city 😅) don’t speak English at all! And don’t really want to :) There was only 1 western tourist in the hotel, others are Chinese 2. I had a room on the 5th floor facing the small street with hutons (see the pic) which was cool! But there were also a couple of bars and a busy noodles place right below my window. I had some issues with the smell and the sound at the late hour. 3. the sound proof in rooms in general is very bad.. there were Chinese girls in the next room, they were talking and laughing till 2-3 am. I heard them clearly as if they were sitting in my room 😬 and the noise of closing doors from the corridors was also very loud obviously 4. No restaurant/caffetteria in the hotel for those who prefer to eat breakfast inside (for me it was not an issue) As for the rest the hotel is very convenient and nicely located in the old city center! 5 min from the subway. Lots of small, traditional places to eat, convenient stores, western style coffee shops, bakery right behind the corner! You can walk to the historic hutong area and/or to Lama Temple or just walk down the street in a direction of the forbidden city (about 45 min) The rooms are very nicely designed (minimalistic and stylish), the bed is super comfy! There’s a cozy libruary and a large open roof top terrace with the awesome street view! I definitely can recommend this place, just take the note of all the above. There are some rooms facing the back yard, maybe it’s better to chose them. If I’m in Beijing next time I think I’ll stay there again.

Nice clean room with excellent air conditioning. You can set the temperature in the room. We booked a room with a window and the window faced a concrete wall. Apart from that it was nice.
