With all that its still quiet and peaceful. The interior of the apartment is beautiful and clean. A truly luxurious experiment. The host is beyond the Nd helpful giving clear instructions and answers any questions clearly and promptly! Would definitely return!"

"There's a large public parking lot around the property. If you want a view, get a lake view room on the second floor. Breakfast was delicious, with several items prepared on the spot. More than anything, the host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly comfortable. (She provided a map and explained everything in English about nearby restaurants, walking trails, views, and attractions.) The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever visit Lake Como."

"What an amazing trip. Valentina was so helpful when booking our room. We stayed in a Junior Suite Lake View. We had a spectacular view with a patio and the room was huge. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and dinner one evening. It was super easy to book a shuttle to & from town. The staff are all wonderful. When I arrived, I was car sick and everyone was so understanding. That does not happen everywhere. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Borgo Le Terrazze. It is the gem of Lake Como!"

"Me and my wife were so lucky to spend 3 nights at Hotel Don Ferrante in July and was not dissapointed; Already when arriving the hotel the staff at reception were nice and helpful and the staff continued to impress us with their charm and how serviceminded they all were throughout our stay. We came by own car and the hotell is located a short distance from city center so esy to find and easy to park as well! We had a regular room and the room itself was very nice and newly renovated by the looks of it. A bit small but hey, we’re in Bellagio and don’t spend much time here, sleep and get ready to enjoy Bellagio. The breakfast was not the insane buffet you sometimes get other places but here you get all you need and all is fresh and very tasteful, and again the staff the best you can get. So if going to Bellagio I would for sure take a look at this hotel because the location, staff and surroundings are top of what you want when on vacation!!"

"Rooms: The room I stayed in had a spacious terrace with breathtaking views over the lake and mountains—a perfect spot to unwind. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Just a heads-up: there are only stairs to access the rooms, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. Service: Both the host and the manager were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were generous with their time and often offered rides into town when available, which we really appreciated. Location: Peaceful and scenic, but about a 40-minute walk from central Bellagio. The route is steep, winding, and lacks pavements, which makes it feel unsafe—especially at night. Buses are infrequent and often crowded, and taxis cost a flat €20 each way. The host kindly offered lifts when possible, but it’s not guaranteed. There are no nearby restaurants, so you’ll need to head back into town for lunch and dinner. Food: Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and was a lovely way to start the day—simple, but made with care. Value: Compared to accommodation in the centre of Bellagio, this B&B is much more affordable. For the room size, peaceful setting, and incredible views, it really does offer great value for money. Overall: A beautiful and tranquil place to stay if you don’t mind being away from the centre. Just be sure to plan ahead for meals and transport. Please note: I stayed here in May 2024"

"This Residence, while well located, does not have air conditioning, and being on the third floor is VERY HOT. I complained to the front desk and they sent an electrical fan, which is like blowing hot air in your face. In addition, the decor is grandmother’s Spartan, the ugliest room in my three week trip from Venice to Milán. I could go on about the lack of an elevator, lousy bed sheets and cheap pillows… In summary, stay away from this place, it will kill your enthusiasm!"
