"Arrived 3pm - not much people in the hotel. Cleaning ladies gave us the keys. Room very basic as expected but that's not even the point - just to note hot water not working and it is very basic. We wanted to book volcano tour but owner was not there. Booked through trip advisor. Owner came back 6 pm, and became completely furious we did not book through him. Literally asked us to leave and kicked us out of the room for no reason, on a rainy night, on reason that we did not book through him. Took his word, packed and asked for refund that he did not want to give back. Therefore we stayed , whatsoever. Great experience overall for who love to be treated super badly like an outlaw and can be kicked out for absolutely no reason. Apart from that volcano tour is great."

"A nice hotel and as the weather is cooling in this area, the hotel don't install Aircon in the room. Will have naturel aircon when open the window. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff is quick to respond. There is an issue with water supply and the staff come immediately after being call. The villa is quite clean and in good condition and well maintained. The only downside is the sound system can be upgraded."

"We booked 2 nights but stayed only one. There were many issues. Bathroom was dirty No tissue paper in Bathroom or the office The door to terrace would not open The Louvres would not close A fire was lit near our room, smoke filling the room The shower hose was split and water drain out of the bottom The swimming pool was only 70 % full The hotel looked unloved."

"This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly."
