The welcome was not exactly warm. All a bit strange really. When arriving in the room i had to put on the linen for 3 beds. Never had to do this before ever! The linen was ill fitting. The room was large with a separate room with large bunk beds in for the kids and a double in the main room for myself. There was a large table with six chairs and a kitchenette which was useful. The room also had a balcony with table and chairs. The room seemed basic but fine. The staff were emotionless and unfriendly throughout the stay. The location was fantastic and the beach was amazing. I liked the town and all it had to offer nearby too. We stayed 4 nights and moved on to Belgium. After packing up the car and driving away i received a call from the hotel saying we had forgotten something. I parked up again and popped back with the children. The told me i had forgot to wash up the plates i had used. I was not i had to, I had placed all dirty crockery in the dishwasher. I had left the room clean. This, again, seemed very strange.

Super hotel very well located. Near the center and the beach. Fowls are not far too! Breakfast is cheap enough (12€) but the choice (salt and sugar)

We stayed here as a family of three adults on our last night going back to the UK. Our first time visiting Le Touquet. This hotel is new this year and we found it absolutely amazing. Everything was new! There was plenty of parking outside. We checked in on the machine something some may find confusing but we have stayed at many Hotel B&B's over the years on our travels. Our room was a triple and was large enough for all of us to move around. There was a hairdryer and spare pillows provided, something new to us with Hotel B&B but much appreciated. The bathroom was slightly bigger than normal which was great and had a lovely shower always much appreciated. The towels were larger than normal and fluffy. Our room also had blackout blinds on the windows. When we ventured downstairs we were warmly greeted by the managers and made to feel very welcome. We ate down the road that evening where there are a few restaurants within walking distance (Namely Buffalo Grill, McDonalds and a Patisserie ). Breakfast the next morning was really pleasant and had a lovely feel to it. The food was fresh and the croissants really tasty. There was also fruit available as well as the usual B&B breakfast. The breakfast room was light and airy and furnished well. We did notice in the car park and in the hotel there was a lot of Gendarme about. Any we encountered all spoke to us and were always polite. For us they were just other guests who happened to be wearing a uniform. Who wouldn't feel safe sleeping in a hotel full of police officers. Plenty of security here! Our hosts also thanked us as we left. We would love to come back and we probably will!

The hotel was just open and you noticed everything. The reception was empowered by unerfaren people who were not trained. Most of them don't speak English and sometimes don't want to understand if you try French. That was as the first impression disappointing. The staff thinks to do it right but misses experience and training. The rooms are only available to 16.00. That is just too late after a long journey. The rooms are small but cheap. All is present. A small balcony is a beautiful addition to the room. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious. There is a small (bad) vegetable and fruit garden. The indoor pool is fine. The outdoor terrace is also. You can only not take out a bottle of water and glass. In itself understandable but go ahead with plastic glass oid. Show initiative! The restaurant was a special experience. Not the middle of the road food but specialities. It was the purpose of the new opening, but it must be better; the guards made their best, and spoke two words of English, and I hope it will be better in a year, and now a sixth of the ten.

Excellent central location with secure parking. Very clean and staff very helpful / friendly. Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and more space in the parking garage (walls between cars made spaces VERY narrow and it was very difficult to get in / out of the car). Central location means can get noisy at night but no problem with the windows closed. Easy walk to the beach and numerous local restaurants. Le Touquet itself is rather expensive due to tourists, so be prepared to pay at least 20 euros for a simple burger and chips. Art gallery and lighthouse only open on certain days, so check before you go.

We arrived late and received a great welcome from Frank who obtained for us some nice food ( it was 11 pm!!) This is a very very professional attitude .Frank was like all the staff here,full of attention !We love the new spirit with modern fourniture and room was very comfortable.They just opened some weeks ago but feeling is very positive.A large and sunny terrace outside will be perfect for meetings or relax with a drink! Next time we should have a dinner since chef has very good réputation...see you soon for testing the modern indoor pool with counter current!!
