"They don’t clean the rooms. Floors were disgusting, dirty and sticky with hair and dirt from prior visitors. Bathroom was even worse. Pillows and sheets were stained. The first room before we switched smelled of **** so badly we had to change rooms even after trying to air the (non smoking) room out all day. Then that night someone literally got access to our room and at 2 am opened our door because the front desk gave them access. Manager not on site to assist. I am surprised the health department hasn’t given them warnings already. I don’t leave bad reviews and I don’t complain about things but this was above and beyond neglectful."

"Needed a place to stay for 1 night and was tired of Choice Hotels buggy app and poor selections. Have never had a full sized fridge, dishwasher, plates, and electric stove in a hotel all at once. I was dumbfounded. It was delightful, but also disappointing as I was only staying for 1 night. Thoughtful touches like combining the laundry and exercise room so you can keep an eye on your clothes will make me come back for a much longer stay. The features combined with the price was outstanding."

"Absolutely not a place for anyone concerned with safety. Would work best for a burly working crew in town or someone traveling with a large, trained guard dog. On the night I tried to stay there I didn’t feel safe enough to leave my car to check in—only ten to fifteen feet away. I sat there for about 30 minutes waiting for the random, suspicious people to clear away from the check-in window and office but that didn’t happen and it seemed like it may actually be the norm. I ultimately booked another property nearby (for double the price) and left because I really needed to lay down after a hospital stay. The hotel rejected my request for a refund of $54 so I will have to let my credit card handle it."
