The guesthouse was a lovely base for the weekend - comfortable and roomy, with excellent breakfasts! In particular, however, the advice from Nicki on places to eat, places to visit, and getting around safely was invaluable. So much online about Durban is out of date, having a knowledgeable, trusted advisor like Nicki is a necessity. Plus, she and her husband are absolutely lovely people!"

"This accommodation is basic but neat and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening but there was someone waiting to receive us. The garden rooms are small but we were just looking for a decent shower, toilet and a comfortable place to sleep. There is DSTV. The parking was fine and safe. Some items like furniture may need some repair or replacement. I can overlook the minor repair issues based on the need just to have a clean and neat place to sleep over"

"Overall a very positive experience. Clean and comfortable with a nice hot shower. Breakfast was excellent. Although the weather was not conducive to appreciate the pool area or take a walk in the lovely indigenous garden, the greenery around the walkways and driveway are beautiful. There is also a koi pond which I enjoyed. It was cold (for me) and the staff were most helpful sourcing extra blankets for me! "
