Where to begin? First off, the bed system is very clever; we were comfortable. However, the room is small, the toilet is small, the bathroom is small, and there's no fridge. But thankfully, they have luggage storage. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of the garden. Lidl was very close by, and both the A and U metro lines were nearby. What more can I say? The price is reasonable…

Don’t know why they gave me a room for wheelchair user which I obviously am not and therefore the facilities are not ergonomic for me at all. Hotel staff called me after 10pm on my first night to ask me to go downstairs to sign a document is bizarre as it was already my bedtime. The hair dryer in the bathroom is completely useless. Breakfast has limited selection and the same food is served every morning.

Very good communication between employees and guests. Small attention was here on the agenda that some have learned in the hotel industry. Great indoor pool. There was nothing missing at breakfast. We would book this stay at any time like this.

An excellent hotel for the price. If you plan to explore the area on foot, this is the ideal choice. It is close to the train station, conveniently located, and features nice rooms. For Europe, the price is very affordable. You can book with confidence—I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay. You just need to go by walk. A lot of great places you can see just go walk around the hotel.

Very good location, with convenient transport accessibility to any part of the city. All the joys of Kreuzberg are nearby. The room is very clean, cleaning on request, check-in and check-out is possible independently. We were kindly allowed to leave our bags on the last day of our stay in Berlin. We liked everything!

We really liked the hotel itself. It's clean and modern, and our room was well-maintained and had everything one could wish for, except for air conditioning. The room size was absolutely fine, and the hotel's location is also really good. Unfortunately, the positive impression was significantly marred by a receptionist. The lady was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful, both during check-in and throughout our entire stay – not only towards us but also towards several other hotel guests. For example, we inquired about a late check-out, and we were told by this particular staff member that it was generally not possible. When we asked another staff member later that night, a late check-out was easily arranged. Such contradictory information is, of course, very annoying for guests. We also found it particularly unpleasant that the staff member made fun of other hotel guests in our presence. Overall, she conveyed a very unfriendly and unprofessional impression throughout our stay, creating an unpleasant atmosphere for several guests. Since she worked mainly in the late afternoon all weekend, we unfortunately encountered her regularly. Overall, the hotel is definitely recommendable due to its cleanliness, modern facilities, and good location. However, the service at the front desk significantly negatively impacted our stay. In our opinion, there is an urgent need for improvement here.

It was an unpleasant experience. Long story short: the hotel was overbooked and we (including a tiring pregnant lady!) were asked to stay in another one 7 km away, SE-side of Berlin, away from city center, in a relatively bad neighborhood. The clear reason of overbooking is unknown, but this happened to many customers, not just us. It either indicates the hotel is too greedy to deliberately cancel the early orders booked with lower prices (probably us), or that they have a poor management. Either way, it’s frustrating.

There is no kitchen, but there is a water server next to the reception. Other word of mouth said that there was noise, but I didn't feel it. Wasn't there a group of students staying? Maybe luck. It's a large hostel, so I think it would be difficult if the toilet and bathroom were in a far room. This is also luck.

The breakfast offers a great variety, and the service is attentive. There's a snack vending area in the lobby on the first floor. In terms of location, it's quite central, with a small convenience store right across the street, making shopping and dining very convenient. Plus, it's close to attractions like the Jewish Museum and Checkpoint Charlie. You can even see the TV Tower from the window.
