"Let me start with the cons. 1. We booked two separate nights, and for the first night, they put us in a room on the basement level, which was on the same floor as the underground parking lot. The design was quite impractical: after opening the door, the bathroom was immediately to the left, and you had to walk down three or four steps to get to the bed. This was a bit dangerous for anyone needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night! For instance, my husband actually fell once when going to the bathroom at night! 2. The air conditioning wasn't cooling. After talking to the front desk, they said their system showed the AC was working. The two nights we stayed weren't extremely hot, but it was still hard for my son and husband to sleep comfortably. Now for the pros: 1. They offer free 24-hour milk and coffee. 2. The staff's service attitude is excellent. 3. The location is superb. 4. It offers great value for money."

"The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The reception staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, and we really appreciated their great service. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. It was working, but the cooling was very weak, so the room remained quite warm. We contacted the reception and asked for a fan, and they kindly brought one to our room. After having the fan, the situation became much more comfortable and acceptable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff."

"The location of the hotel is quite convenient. The staff at the hotel are warm and provide useful information, such as the very good restaurant LUCE, the Italian restaurant across the street from the hotel.  But the biggest drawback of the hotel is that some floors do not have an elevator to arrive, to drag 23kg of large luggage, up and down, very hard! Fortunately, when I checked in, the hotel staff said to carry my luggage upstairs for me. But when I checked out, I moved my own luggage. In addition, the hotel rooms are small and there is no water boiler. Very troublesome and inconvenient."

"The hotel has a great location, with a bus stop right across the street, making it very convenient to get to the city center. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The only downside was the early check-out time; we needed to be packed and ready to leave by 10 am. If you're running late, you can try to arrange a later check-out with the front desk."

"This is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift."

A cozy light was on as soon as you entered, followed by a convenient clothes rack and table so you could easily put down your belongings – it felt just like home! Every piece of furniture was thoughtfully arranged. There were snacks, candies, and bottled water. The small dining area allowed you to cook your own meals, with all the necessary tools and seasonings. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, and I loved it. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Switzerland. The self-check-in process was clear and straightforward, without any hassle."

"A few details about the hotel: 1. The hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride and walk from the train station. 2. The hotel is small, but the service is excellent. When we arrived, the front desk wasn't open yet, but an elderly Asian man was on duty and let us check in with our luggage. 3. The front desk isn't 24/7, but the African-American woman at the front desk was very friendly. 4. There aren't many attractions in Bern, but the hotel is within walking distance. 5. Since we had a Swiss Pass and didn't have the Bern bus pass we were supposed to receive, the hotel didn't charge us tax, but we can't guarantee this will apply to future guests. 6. The room was very quiet and didn't face the street. Finally, and most importantly, the hotel provided fruit, cookies, coffee pods, and drinking water. You always give a compliment when you receive something, haha. The best part of this trip!"
