"I came to Biella for a hospital visit the following morning. I wanted to eat at the hotel, but couldn't as the restaurant was closed the evening I was there. I booked a hotel specifically so I wouldn't have to go out to eat. The receptionist was very kind and recommended some places to eat. The room was lovely and spotless, but unfortunately, even on the lowest setting, the air conditioning wasn't cooling as it should have. What a shame. I slept terribly despite the incredibly comfortable bed!!! I'll still come back to this hotel if I'm in Biella again… hoping to be luckier next time!!"

"Here I am again lodging to hotel Europa in Biella. Anytime I come here I am so well welcomed by the wonderful staff, and they make me feel so special. Hotel Europa offers full continental breakfast, and when I say full I mean it. Selections of prosciuttos, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereals, baked goods, tea, coffee. The rooms and bathrooms are renovated, and the lobby has a note of elegance and comfort. One can serve a complimentary 5 o'clock tea there. For how they make me feel, I consider fairly to give credit where credit is due. Many thanks! R. V."

"The hotel is in a strategic location to reach the city centre and to leave the city in a comfortable way. No problem for parking because the structure is on a square with free parking."

"Very nice and helpful staff , unfortunately had.We had two families on the floor that didn't know how to behave in a hotel, knock doors, run late in the evening on the hall . That was the only annoying . Breakfast, super location to explore Biella's pedestrian zone. Good mattresses, head kisses unfortunately too soft."

"We visited the hotel for a family getaway . Rooms recently refurbished to a high standard . The staff was very friendly and attentive . Any reported issues were resolved timely . Breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. Our daily Cappuccino was perfect and given with a smile ! Absolutely loved our stay ! Many thanks for such great service."
