The rooms were clean and had all the basic necessities. The pool was also wonderful. "A Truly Average Stay with a Few Perks I really appreciated the early arrival accommodation and the complimentary breakfast upon check-in—that was a genuinely nice touch and set a good first impression. However, the stay was overall quite mixed. The pool hours (strictly 9 am to 8 pm) felt abnormally restrictive for a hotel, making it hard to enjoy a late swim. The bathroom layout was also frustrating, as there was virtually no counter or shelf space to place my shower gels and facial products. What bothered me most, though, was the security. The cleaning staff left my room door slightly ajar rather than pulling it fully shut, which made me feel uneasy even though nothing was taken. Ultimately, it was just a so-so experience. 16min of walking distance to the city center. A convienience store right opposite the hotel made everything so much easier. Breakfast was great."

"We booked this hotel after reading the reviews but after staying there we wondered who writes them. The pool area was okay but the sun beds were disgusting not at all clean, The room was basic but the bathroom was horrible the lighting was useless and it was never properly cleaned, I went out to buy bleach to clean it, yet there was an envelope on the unit for tips!! The balcony was not fit for purpose and was never swept. The staff were very good and would do anything for you especially Sercan. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. We refused and insisted we had, in writing via email, a sea view and balcony. Finally they agreed we could stay in the better room and we weren't charged. Room was great, view excellent with lift in new part of the hotel with lively sunbathing decks. Lunch was excellent. Cocktails were great and all included."

"Very nice hotel - in a quiet area but well situated for lots of excellent restaurants. Hotel has a lovely bar area - entertainment was on 2 nights that we were there & was also of a good standard. The staff were all very present & like everyone in Kos very welcoming. Breakfast pretty basic - like lots of other guests I purchased my own fruit from local supermarket. I saw a lot of guests doing likewise so this is maybe something that should be addressed. Cleaning of a good standard - bedding & towels changed on alternative days with one day a week the room wasn't serviced. While this was fine I would have expected toilet bin to still be emptied on that day bearing in mind toilet roll can't be flushed. Had a great holiday at a very reasonable price so wouldn't hesitate to return to hotel if in area again."
