"I wouldn't stay here again. 1 - The staff couldn't resolve the hot water issue for two days. 2 - The phone in the room isn't connected, so calling reception is impossible. 3 - Breakfast is almost always unavailable, and the staff eats the food as they go. I even saw an employee take the last two croissants and start eating them right there. 4 - The beach is dirty, untidy, and unkempt. Pros: Nice grounds Decent pool Bottom line: Good infrastructure, terrible staff and service."
