"This small inn & suites in the historic Farmington Town, while not a standard chain hotel, boasts an elegant and cozy décor. The small common room next to the reception features a fireplace and displays historical photos of Farmington (Miss Porter's School is undoubtedly one of the town's historical landmarks). The amenities and decorative details are very welcoming, and they even offer a complimentary welcome set (a wide variety of fruits, snacks, and even free samples of white wine and wishky), creating a very homey atmosphere. Steven at the front desk left a deep impression on me; he was so helpful and hospitable. I personally think this is excellent value for money. It would be even better if the breakfast included a vegetable salad like broccoli. I highly recommend it."
