"Loved the beach hut suites, they were clean and modern and we loved all the interiors & detail and the space worked very well for our family (2 adults and a 10 yr old girl). The fridge with sparkling water and wine was appreciated. We enjoyed the view from the balcony but appreciated the net curtains when you wanted privacy. It was fabulous being so close to the beach and have lots of things to do that were so easy. We took the bikes out from the hotel out each morning and cycled along the promenade / coastal path and into the local park which has lovely trees / planting and great / new playground. There was a miniature railway / great cafe there too. We took the paddle board from the hotel out for an afternoon - was the first time we’d ever used one and our daughter loved it, was great fun. The indoor pool was lovely treat too, and there were tennis courts / pitch and putt too, but we didn’t use as spent most of the time on the beach. All the staff were all excellent and were happy to help when we had questions, Karol at reception helped us with the paddle boards/bikes, Cade & Jaynya gave excellent service in bar / restaurant. The beach is pebbly at the top, but as the tide goes out it’s sandy and is relatively flat so great for children swimming - no need for beach shoes in the sea. The water was surprisingly warm, didnt need a wet suit. This part of the beach was not crowded even for BH wkd, and the promenade just has a few eateries, so not over developed. We ate at the Lobster pot (2 min walk) which was v good, and got ice cream from the Boat Inn (3 min walk). Definitely a great place to go with lots to do for families."

"Expensive nonsense, can't cope with any orders over 12 people, party of 12 in just before us 4 and we were told it would be over an hour maybe 2 hours before they could take any more, 7;30 pm in a hotel and because the IMBECILES running it can't even cope with 12 orders, it blows my mind how pathetic this actually is. Ever been in a busy restaurant? 60 people all sitting getting there orders in foods coming out lovely, PREMIER INN BOGNOR REGIS can't cope with 12 people, it blows my mind how utterly stupid this is. My family had to drive into BOGNOR so our two daughters could get there dinner since we came over from Eastbourne for a swim competition. I mean £183 for that service is shocking let's be honest here."
