"Great owner hosts. Our larger room was very clean and mostly comfortable, though we found the mattress too soft. Some choice of pillows was appreciated though. Both battery powered bedside lamps appear to need new batteries. We contacted the hosts the day before to book for an evening dinner and happily paid the extra cost for an enjoyable meal. The included continental breakfast was very pleasing with crusty, freshly baked bread, etc. The area deserves at least 2 nights so that you can go down the 499 steps at the Mons chalk cliffs in the morning, when the light is kinder."

"A hidden gem all the way out at Møn tip. Do yourself a favor and book a room! The building and surrounding park is stunning, charming and quiet. Soft jazz is playing in the background only interrupted by ducks snickering and the stunning peacock strolling around the guest. The rooms are simple and practical, so don’t expect 4 pillars beds, but it is comfortable and gives a good night rest after the very good dinner. The hosts are friendly and personable without being intrusive. The place has a great atmosphere. Happy we were able to stay a night."

"We had a very nice 2-night stay here. features include: Friendly, communicative staff leading up to our reservation Nice central Mons location Multiple guest kitchens--super useful, as the restaurant options in nearby Stege are ... slim. It was very convenient to be able to just pick something up in the supermarket one night. Lots of nice public areas to eat, read, or play games too. Really neat park behind the hotel, be sure to check it out. Breakfast is mid-range, I'd say: seed buns, crackers, a few veggies, watermelon, yogurts, jams, breads, OJ, apple juice, coffee, tea. Not the best I've ever had, but entirely adequate. For a bit extra, you can pack some of the breakfast items to take along as your lunch. I found this very useful as the places we were going didn't have great eating options. Snack bar includes chips, walnuts, local ice cream. I think they have a variety of room types. We had a sleeps-3-with-private-bath. Many rooms have shared bathrooms which seemed clean and accessible without difficulty. There is a bus stop right outside. We booked on *******."

"Quite unexpectedly in the tiny village of Elmelunde, you find this pearl of a classic B&B of high quality. The place was originally built in the 1920's as a home for the elderly but closed down 33 years ago just to be taken over by Brit, who has run the place for the past 32 years. The place is tidy, clean, bright, functional, cosy and in every respect reflects that it is owned by a person who cares for the place and its guests. The maintenance level is impeccable, the breakfast buffet delicious and complete, Brit's relaxed yet professional check in and out service is a joy, the TV room comfortable, the beds and duvets ensure sweet dreams, ready made dinners can be bought and warmed in the microwave oven as there is no restaurant in town and a wide array of drinks can be purchased on trust. I spent just one night here when hiking the Camøno, and this stay was the absolute luxury highlight of our trip with Brit taking good care of us, so I'll remember the place for some other time."
