"We had a very nice time in the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is a tenniscourt and a padelcourt. Unfortunately, due to the snow, we could not play. In stead we went to the wellness, which is located at the nearby Cocoon La Rive. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is also good. Especially if you like to hike I would recommend this hotel!"

The rooms offer views of the river and the castle on the hill, but the only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. Hotel is situated very nicely if you want to go hiking in the Müllerthal, with several trails starting directly from the hotel."

"We stayed here with a group of 34 cyclists for 3 nights. The rooms are ok, specifically ours (we were with 2 in 1 room) with a small living room attached. Rather spacious bathroom with a rather good shower. Beds are good, just the pillow a bit too soft for me. Hotel has 3 floors with a lift. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice, even 'hagelslag' :) probably because of the Dutch owners? Due to the warm weather we were able to eat on the terrace, which was always completely full. Compliments to the staff being able to cope with such a high demand! Food we got was ok, 4 courses, consisting of standard choices; soup, appetiser, main and dessert. We could also use facilities in its sister hotel Belle Vue, 100 meters away: swimming pool and wellness, not used by me though, just a massage after 125km of hilly climbs, only the garage to park our 34 bicycles."

"This hotel is situated in the beautiful location at the river side. The view from the window was fantastic (including the same three geese as at the picture!). We stayed 3 nights in Cocoon Belair in December and although the vegetation was almost gone, there was still plenty of beautiful places to visit in the area. We enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, the comfort of the room, nice multilingual staff and a very good restaurant."

"A very nice hotel in a scenic place. Lots of hiking in the area and ruins of a castle to visit. One of the staff was not very professional but the rest were. Our three-course meal was nice and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Spa area looked really nice but they’re was a strong smell in the hamam and sauna. Probably plumbing issues. Worth a visit"

"The room was clean and beautiful, located on the border between Luxembourg and Germany. The breakfast was also excellent. I was particularly touched by our handsome Uyghur driver, Zuli-NL, who accompanied us. He provided great assistance, carrying our luggage up and down the road, and the next morning, took photos and introduced us to the border. We are retired seniors from Shanghai, all in our seventies and eighties, and we had never met before. Thanks to his help, we were able to return to Shanghai safely. May good people live a peaceful life! Upon learning of his recent birthday, I wish him a happy birthday! 🎈🎊🎁🎂! Happy family! If his health permits, we will definitely meet again in Europe. A great guy, trustworthy."

"I am only reviewing the restaurant here. We ran across this place in a small town in Luxembourg when we were looking for a late lunch. They were very accommodating and friendly. We learned that the hotel and restaurant were under new owners and had only been open for two weeks. The staff were great. We had a terrific lunch sitting on their patio. We tried several salads, and pastas. I would love to come back here and stay at the hotel sometime."

"When staying in this small town, this hotel a great place to stay. Our room was charming, but large and the hospitality was great. There is an excellent restaurant and bar attached. The food was great. We never bought the breakfast as there is a nice bakery/coffee shop just across the river. Be sure to take the chairlift up for great views (it is an easy walk to get to the base in toen) and then go see the castle (easy walk down a hill to get to the castle from top of chair). Then after seeing the castle it is an easy walk down the hill back into town. You can do it oppositely, but it is more work of course as it will be uphill. One day is plenty to see the town. A small parking lot offers free parking for hotel guests."
