"We had absolute no help at all with our booking that needed to be amended got told to call costumer service and sort it out ourselves we can’t do anything about to, we stayed in many places before and never did anyone ever say sort it out yourselves.. usually it’s easier to speak to someone and sorted this was the most sawdust experience will never stay here again. We had to rebook pay again as there was no help to do adjustments to our booking!"

Anna was extremely friendly which was lovely as we were so tired following a lengthy journey. The Premier Plus room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The following morning, Viki, who was on duty at breakfast, made sure we were well looked after. Thank you Anna and Viki for a memorable stay. We will return if we need somewhere to stay in the Bracknell area again."
