This homestay is a large apartment, our bedroom is not small, with a balcony. The location is in the center of the city, it is more convenient to go to all the attractions, and it can be reached on foot. The host is extremely enthusiastic, providing maps, detailed introductions, recommending restaurants, very talkative. The overall price is quite high and it is recommended.

The door is not very obvious. After the car drove in, it suddenly became clear. The management was very careful. The garden plants and swimming pool are very beautiful. The environment and service are good. If you have time, you can stay for two days and enjoy it. The bread for breakfast is made by the hotel. It is delicious. When I left, I was also given a bottle. Very good location at the same price, very close to the business district and the church square. The rooms are very spacious, very different from those cramped hotel rooms. It is more suitable for the whole family to travel together. The breakfast is very rich, and it is not compliant with a five-star hotel. If the check out is too early, the hotel will prepare a take away breakfast in advance. The only thing to note is that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours a day. If you arrive too late, it is best to greet the hotel in advance.

The room is decent for a city hotel, catering more towards business travellers. The hotel is conveniently located, a 30-minute walk to Ortigia's island city but less than 5 minutes from the Archaeological Park of Neapolis. Getting to Ortigia is easy via a quick ride on the red bus costing just €1.50, payable to the driver. The reception is notably friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, offering a brilliant variety of food and drinks. Additionally, there is a large supermarket around the corner of the hotel. Parking is free.

We have waited for 15 mins outside the accommodation which no one is inside. There isn’t any check-in details provide for us when we arrive and we have to call the owner to wait for her arrival to check in. The room is nice and clean. However, the location is a bit too far from the city centre. There’s a bus stop nearby but there is only a single bus each hour.

We had a great stay here. The room was wonderfully spacious, with a separate living room area that gave us plenty of space. Everything was simple, and most importantly, spotlessly clean. The absolute best part, however, was the location—it's just a quick three-minute walk to the famous local swimming spot, which was incredibly convenient.

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.
