SSun_DanThe hotel and service were very enjoyable from the recipes to the breakfast in the room. The cozy rooms, designers managed to combine classic, elegant with the literary and historical retro style inspired by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The mirrors were particularly impressed from the ceiling to the floor. Interesting design in the corridors. The overall atmosphere is intelligent, warm, a little old, but without excessive pompousness. Everything in the hotel is filled with the atmosphere of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, in the elevator read his poems, in the rooms is a book of poems and even chocolate hand-work with his image. Thank you for the chic breakfasts! ❤️

An excellent option for accommodation. Everything 🤩 is perfect. Very clean, bright, and comfortable. Snow-white linens and towels, slippers, and a robe. The signature restaurant offers exquisite dishes, delicious, cozy, and tasteful. The staff is polite, thank you for the sweet notes and the delicious rosehip drink. The facilities were a bit lacking, but that was fine. The room was large at night, but the heating was very low and couldn't be adjusted manually, which was a cost-saving measure. The photos shown on Ctrip didn't match the actual rooms; it was just a very low-cost option. We booked a room for three adults, but it was actually two rooms with five beds. The bathroom was clean but really basic, and the soundproofing was terrible. Most importantly, the blankets were too thin and the temperature was low; we had to add extra layers before going to sleep. You have to lock the door yourself after closing it, otherwise, anyone could easily get in the morning. We found restaurants outside, which were convenient and relatively good. The location was convenient. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

We really loved the hotel; it felt like we were visiting relatives in the countryside. The hotel is a historic building, with a courtyard decorated with garlands and tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy breakfast and lunch while looking out over this beautiful setting. Most importantly, almost everything in the hotel is genuine vintage, not refurbished or ”antique.” So if comfort and state-of-the-art plumbing are your top priorities, you'll want to stay somewhere else, a comfortable but impersonal hotel. We really liked the room's interior, and the hotel has very high ceilings, so you don't feel like you're in a small cage. The bed linen was fresh and clean—white stripe satin—and the room overall was so clean that I felt like I could walk barefoot on the wooden floors, which is something I rarely do. Yes, the hotel is very noisy, but it didn't bother us, perhaps because we were lucky with our neighbors. The hotel staff deserves special thanks: they checked us in much earlier, allowing us to rest after the journey, and they were very responsive to all our requests and questions. If we ever return to Irkutsk, we'll most likely return here again.
