"It was a good stay. There was an absolute mislead in the parking process. Apparently they are reserved spots and if you come later in a day you have to park outside. This was definitely not explained or highlighted. The hotel itself is very clean and has all the basic necessities. The bar nearby with live music was a definite bonus!"

"We had a excellent stay at Hotel Eden and i was second time . The hotel was very clean, had a good location with a excellent view, and the outside restaurant was so beautyful to sit there and watch the sunset. There is free parking available at the hotel. There is electrical car charging at the nabour hotel, 50 m away. Breakfast was good, but the dinners were delicious! The dinner was 3-5 courses with a couple options for each course and it was always fantastic! Hotel Eden can serve gluten free food and you can feel safe the staff take it wery serius. The staff was very friendly, help full and knowledgeable! We will come back again!"

"This lovely hotel on the edge of Lake Garda is a gem! The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfy; the views are to die for and the food was tasty and plentiful. A great base from which to explore, hire a bike 🏍 or just sit by the Lake or swim. (The Lake is crystal clear). Whilst the clientele was predominantly german, it didn't feel awkward as it can do sometimes and our thanks go to Deborah and Sophia for making us feel so welcome and making our stay so great."

If you want to stay in, there is the Ayudervic spa experiences, lake side and outside pool relax areas, with evening lighting and bar music. Have Alejandro’s signature Iceberg cocktail watching the sunset on the private pier on the lake itself, or the Michelin-starred gastronomic experience with carefully chosen and all-locally sourced produce. If you want to explore, take an e-bike cycle to Malcesine castle and have gelato by the harbour or go further afield in the hotels own Fiat 500. We wired up the Apple TV, to catch up on Boxsets, and even took in some live music at the Hotel Eden next door. Thank you to the whole team for making this such a rejuvenating trip."

"We spent 2 days here as part of a 5 week touring holiday through France, Italy, Austria and Germany. We actually were not expecting much from the hotel or the food as the price was quite reasonable. We were so impressed with everything. The room was nice with a lovely lake view although I felt the bed was a little on the firm side. The air con worked really well or you could just leave the balcony door open as it was generally quite peaceful outside. The staff were all very nice, in particular the hard working waiters in the dining room. Eating outside on the patio with such an amazing view, you would expect to pay top prices, made such a pleasant evening. We booked half board and for less that €30 each you got a 5 course meal, a bottle of water and half a bottle of the house wine which was quite good and drinkable. The food was simple fare but all very tasty, good quality and nicely presented, we were so impressed, could not fault a thing, everything cooked to perfection. You have to choose what you are going to eat in the morning at breakfast and the choice changes every day. The breakfast is also quite extensive although got to say that the coffee was not brilliant. We chose the hotel because we wanted good parking for my husbands sports car which we got, outside parking as well as an indoor garage with decent spaces. To get to the different places on the lake was a little trickier, you don’t realise how big a lake this is until you actually get here. We wanted to go to Limone & Malcesine. We got the bus and ferry timetables from the girls at reception. You have to walk about 10 minutes up the lovely promenade and then cross the road to an information office here. This is right next to the bus stop and you can buy your bus tickets from the info place. The buses run approximately every half hour. We caught the 10.30 bus to Malcesine which took about 15-20 mins. A short walk to the port and the first ferry you get to is one called “Amigos’ which leaves on the hour and takes 20 mins to get to Limone (return €9). We stayed a couple of hours and caught the ferry back to Malcesine (again on the hour). You can then either retrace your steps back by bus or there is a ferry (€3) which takes you to Assenza, does not stop here very often so check your times, but roughly 3pm and 5pm. When you get off at Assenza you can then walk about 10-15 mins along the promenade and back to the hotel. The hotel also has its own little beach and a swimming pool but we did not use either. Would definetly recommend for a couple of night stay in Lake Garda."

Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! "We visited Lake Garda with 9 other friends for a week of walking and sightseeing and stayed at Hotel Merano on a half board basis. All rooms for our party offered lake views with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel rooms were adequately maintained and furnished and provided a comfortable environment for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and should accommodate most tastes. We had 4 course meals each evening which were excellent and very filling. The bar facilities at the hotel were excellent and well priced. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. We did not have our own transport but were able to travel to Malcesine and Garda by bus and then pick up ferries etc. There were plenty of walks locally or using the bus. The private beach area and jetty across the road were very convenient as was swimming in the Lake itself We would definitely return another time"

"**Review Summary:** **Good Points:** - Nice view of Lake Garda - Nice bathroom - Friendly staff - Good air conditioning **Bad Points:** - Found dust and hair under the bed - Cold shower on the last night with no hot water - Shower gel not refilled for 3 days - TV had all German channels, no Italian TV despite being in Italy (although you can stream to the TV from your phone) - Breakfast was very basic, with children touching everything, so I skipped breakfast for 2 days - The "beach" is a joke—just a pontoon with about 10 chairs in a line, very close together (less than 10 cm apart). Cozy if you're a family of 10. - Parking is very tight and poorly laid out. It's manageable during the day when other clients have left, but if you come back after 10 pm, it's a gamble as some spaces are more suitable for a motorbike. The Internet pictures are not accurate in my opinion **Location:** - You will need a car. - You can walk to Castelletto, which is about 1 km away. I Wouldn't stay here again."
