Anybody can learn how to offer luxury while avoiding plastic! We had an easy welcome, full flexibility with arrival and departure times. And above all: a great Rwandian-french dinner. Please don’t forget to visit their shop to buy some home made souvenirs (starting with re usable bags!) "

"Most perfect stay with cute monkeys joining you at the breakfast from the weeds around the restaurant. Evening fireplace with serené lakeside.. omg! I also loved how the trees were all in bright bloom all over the shore making it so magical to look at from the water when we took a boat trip"

"My wife and I had a lovely one night stay at Bugesera Lodge before we moved east to Akagera National Park and we wish we could have stayed longer! We were so well looked after by Jocelyn and her staff. As we were travelling in 'shoulder' season we had the whole place to ourselves where we got to enjoy the beautiful gardens and have some cold beers playing table tennis. We were treated to an amazing 4 course meal in the evening which was like dining in France! The rooms after very well appointed, personally decorated and wonderfully clean. We will definitely be stopping by again when we are back in Rwanda. Highly recommend especially for bird lovers!"
