"The picture does not do this charming hotel justice. It's tucked away a few minutes from the main square, easy walk. The staff were friendly and attentive. There are two charming courtyards and a swimming pool (although I believe it isn't heated - we didn't try it) and a roof top to sit with a glass of wine and relax. The rooms are of Spanish design clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "

Breakfast was great, amazing fruit and coffee and fruit juice as well as breads and pastries. The place is a 10 minute walk to the centre but so quiet your sleep won’t be disturbed."

"Decent hotel for a 3 star. Attractive facade. Just off the main plaza so quiet. We stayed in a superior room which was spacious and functional if somewhat plain and could have done with a lick of paint. Only slight irritation is there is no desk or table if you want to use your laptop, although WiFi is rather slow. On site parking. Nice little pool and loungers even have cushions. Spa too, and I got an hours massage for just £21. Gym is poor and very hot! Breakfast buffet was reasonable, standard Argentian fare. Staff are friendly and want to be helpful but only speak Spanish. Overall, good choice for a few nights. "

"We paid a very high price in August compared to what they charge in October. I suppose it's a supply and demand issue. It's very well located, just a few blocks from the main square of Cafayate. It's a house with few rooms, which makes it a select place. The room we had was large and tastefully decorated, with a large, comfortable bed, but no space to open our suitcase or put it down, and, unlike almost every hotel, no wall-mounted coat rack. I complained, and the next day they resolved the issue by bringing a stool and small table. There's also no hairdryer; you have to ask for one at reception. Given the hotel's category, I was surprised that there was no mini-fridge or electric kettle, especially knowing that there's no one at reception after 10:00 AM. Breakfast was very well served on the veranda, but basic. The outdoor space, pool, and barbecue area are very well maintained and decorated. The staff is super friendly and tries to resolve everything. Very clean. The white cat is adorable. Given the inconveniences and the price, I think they could have included some complimentary touches."
