"Horrible hotel, the room had a bad smell it was dark and dirty, no net curtains so couldn’t open curtains, overlooked by condos. The bathroom was dark very small and getting in and out the bath/shower very dangerous. Sitting on the toilet  the door hit your knees. We checked out a day earlier as we could not stand it any longer. Will never return or recommend it. Not even worth 1*"

"W゚e book for April 18- 19 ,we check-in 7pm, We know that if you book from just like trip.com you can save up 25%. But at the hotel they will put you on a defective room , from 7pm to 3am there's no solution on what we raised to them, we have wedding to attend and And we need water for bath/shower and to flush our poops ,for 8 hours of stay there's no such amount of water, for 8hrs there's no solution. And when they know we check out, then they txt me that we can rebate 33% of what we've paid but we already left 30 min.s. ago , that's very unfair for us ."

"I stayed at this hotel for 2x 4 days before and after going on a tour in the Visayas in June 2024, as well as 7 days in September 2023. My girlfriend lives nearby so this hotel was a good option. Booking was a bit complicated, I visited their facebook page and wrote a mail to the available email address but didn't get any response. After 2-3 days I decided to chat them directly on fb and was able to book my stay. However, I was asked to pay in cash when I was there, I don't think paying by card is possible. After arriving at the hotel, everything got uncomplicated. The staff there is very nice and room service can be requested every day. The rooms are labelled with tourist spots which is fun. The rooms are clean and include AC, Wifi, a TV and a fridge. Some of the windows can't be shut completely so it's possible to discover small insects such as (small) cockroaches or mosquitos. The hotel is located directly in front of a road that leads to a larger road 5 min away. This means easy access to tricycles/jeeps, some stores and food stalls/restaurants on one side, on the other side also that it can get noisy in the morning. The hotel has a restaurant with a rather large selection of food of which everything I ordered was very delicious. Overall good experience, if you're looking for a low price hotel for staying in Caita for a few days I can recommend it. Manila can be reached by Grab in 45 min if the traffic isn't bad."
