"Location is not too convenient but walk for 15-20 min, one can take Bus to downtown. Nearby the hotel, there're KFC, Mc Donald and a large department store. There's also 24-hr coffee offer, so nice. Staff members of hotel speak good English and politely tell the guest how to get to some attractions. Above all, it's super clean, shower is strong. I will surely come back."

"This hotel is situated in a beautiful, scenic place but we found the hotel to be lacking in comfort or good service. We were left to our own devices in the dining room and were very disappointed with our evening meal. It was poor to say the least. Our bedroom was adequate but very dark and gloomy. The pillow on the bed gave us both a very poor night sleep. The staff seemed to be very busy although the hotel didn’t seem to have many guests. The breakfast was ok and again it was self service with no one checking to see if we needed anything ."

"This was my first hostel experience in my life, and it exceeded all my expectations. Before this, I had never stayed in a hostel. I had a wonderful stay—it was peaceful, relaxing, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Everyone respected each other’s privacy, and no one disturbed anyone. The hostel provides secure lockers with locks under each bed, which made me feel comfortable leaving my belongings. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were very helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Granada.
