"We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Azul Playa our apartment was clean fresh and very functional. The staff were most accommodating and very nice to deal with. The area is very nice with a good mix of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend a stay in Azul Playa Appartments."

"This hotel is very bad, people who see it should avoid it. At first, we were assigned a room on the first floor, a double bed room. As soon as we entered, there were many big ants, mainly concentrated on the sofa chair. The air conditioner could not be started. The room was very dirty. I called the front desk and asked them to help me change the sofa chair. They said they would come, but we waited for 20+ minutes and they didn't come. At that time, I checked my order on Ctrip and found that I had booked a twin bed. I immediately contacted Ctrip. Ctrip told me that they would contact the hotel front desk to confirm the situation. After a while, Ctrip told me that the hotel front desk did not answer their call, so I ran to the front desk to contact them. I told the front desk: 1. The air conditioner could not be started 2. There were bugs in the room 3. I booked a twin bed room but was given a double bed room The front desk told me: 1. Because it was not very hot, the air conditioner could not cool, and the whole building was like this. I said it was impossible to be 20+ degrees at that time. The front desk had a tough attitude and kept repeating that the air conditioner could not be used. 2. This ant is very common, they can arrange someone to kill insects 3. They did not receive the order for a double bed, but if we need it, they can ask the cleaning staff to separate the beds I said there is something wrong with your room, can you help me change the room, the front desk said that this room type is full, we have to pay for the upgrade. I asked why I need to pay for it myself, it is your room that has a problem, the front desk asked me to wait and discuss it with the boss. After a while, he came out of the office and told me: 1. The air conditioner can be turned on, but it is broken in my room. They can send a maintenance technician to check it out 2. Ask someone to kill insects in the room 3. Can't change the room, can only upgrade at your own expense. Finally, Ctrip paid for the upgrade room type for me to change the room. In addition: 1. Parking is difficult and you have to park far away 2. The buffet is terrible 3. Even if you change the room, the hygiene of the room is still very bad, and the bedding has some problems. I don’t know if it’s bed bugs. Anyway, I am shocked by the service attitude and service awareness of the Spanish."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing. Customer service went the extra mile. Would stay again just because of that. Food was very good. Lots of options and plenty of it. Location was perfect, on the edges of the busy tourist area so quiet, a five minute walk to restaurants and shops. Three minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend."

"We're just on our way home after 9 amazing nights at Marsenses Fererra Blanca Family. We stayed in a suite which was a good size, with 2 twin beds and a double sofa bed. The air-conditioning was decent so we never had to turn it up to max. The balcony was big, although it was too hot to sit on it most days! The buffet was brilliant. There was always a good choice of foods, and even chips, pizza, and pasta for the pickiest eaters. There was also a snack bar after 11.30 where you could get burgers, chicke nuggets etc. The ice-creams were help-yourself so could just grab one when you fancied. The AI drinks were good too. Good range of cocktails and they were very strong! The Hugo spritz and Passionfruit Mojito were my personal favourites. It was only a short walk to other bats and restaurants, and then the centre of Cala D'Or and the harbour is only 15 mins walk away. Cala Ferrera Beach is beautiful. The sea was quite shallow so goid for kids to go in. All the beaches around Cala D'Or are lovely little coves. But the absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. George on reception was an absolute legend. We arranged our trip to suprise some friends who had already booked to stay here, and George helped stall them when they checked in so that he could find us to help with the surprise. The Annimation team are really what make it. Ali and Armand had great energy to entertain adults and kids, but no one was ever pushy to make people join in the activities if you fidnt want to. They had archery, darts, volley ball, ping pong, aqua zumba.... It was our 2nd visit and so many other families had been before. There's a reason why they have so many returning guests."

"Fantastic hotel. Excellent holiday experience. All staff went the extra mile to welcome and assist us. Food delicious in restaurant and snack bar. Rooms had everything we needed and air con was perfect to ensure a good night's sleep. All areas were spotless. Special thanks to Hamna our cleaner in j203. So pleasant and our grandchildren loved how everyday she arranged their teddies on their bed. We will be back again."
