"Is not as nice as the pictures. Maybe they were taken 20 years ago. Upon check in, is excruciatingly slow. Only 1 lady can do the check in. The other lady is like a housekeeper not sure why she's sitting at the reception counter and not so friendly. Room is very small. The toilet and shower area are especially small. Rolled up blinds and you can't really row it up unless you like to flash yourself. Room floor is dirty. Overall is a 2 star hotel which portray itself as if a 3-4 star. Tried to have a glass of their white wine - is very bad. Breakfast has lovely soup. Dining area staff are all very helpful and nice. We've to head to Cocuy hence this is the only stop rather than staying in Bogota to avoid the jam. But I'll try my best not to come here again."
