"It has its own parking space and a restaurant. It is suitable for business travelers like me. It is also the tallest building nearby. The view is nice. I give it three and a half stars for the service, because they forgot to order fries when I ordered an appetizer, and they ordered a steak medium rare but it was cooked medium rare. Does the chef know how to cook? The steak was fried dry. If I wasn't so tired and wanted to rest after eating, I would really like to rant. And I waited for 30 minutes when there were only two of us. Several dishes were served at the same time. Western food is served in order, how come they don't know this? Do I, a Chinese, have to teach them? 😂"

"We arrived at this hotel with a lovely spacious free car park. Walked in to the reception to be greeted by a happy smiling polite receptionist , who couldn't be more helpful. She gave us a downstairs room as I am currently suffering with acute sciatica. The following morning different receptionist lovely happy cheerful staff. Now I move on to the Brewers Fayre next door. The food is lovely but can get a bit lively at times. This morning however lovely and quiet at breakfast and a lovely lady called Chloe who was very helpful and very polite. She is a credit to Brewers Fayre please give her a BIG thank you from us."

"Thank you Beverly and team I stayed at the premier inn Cannock South as part of a work visit. I was greeted by a girl( don't remember the name) who radiated a really positive energy and friendliness to welcome me and Beverly was very professional and helpful with any queries that I had. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the check out was nice and easy. Would stay here again and can recommend"
