"We arrived at 1:30 AM because we hadn't noticed the hotel's check-in deadline was 10 PM. So we called the emergency number outside the hotel. Thankfully, the staff woke up and checked us in, despite being disturbed. We're so sorry and so grateful!"

The pool was closed for renovations, the spa didn't exist, the rooms were mediocre with no chairs to sit on, and there was nothing near the facilities."
