"A long held dream to visit and 5 nights at this truly fabulous hotel in one of the most beautiful parts of the world was utter bliss . There’s no question that’s it’s geared for the discerning traveller and if you’re price conscious then perhaps not for you - possibly not the best for younger guests and children but for those looking for a bit of Downton meets Sex in the City just wow ! We hired a Riva boat and traveled the lake and ate at Mandarin Oriental and Bellagio but also ate at the utterly wonderful and fairly formal hotel restaurant - Michael the Maitre d’ is phenomenal . Mirko Marchi , Manollo Rossetti , Barbara Gibbellini run fabulous teams of people . Yes there might be some investment needed here and there eg carpets , decor, art etc but this isn’t a Dubai regular’s type of hotel - it’s for folk who want authenticity and quality of service and cuisine of a bygone era . Class in a glass - congratulations to David Bertilaccio and the whole team - we’ll be back .. in a heartbeat !"

"A cozy hotel with a beautiful lobby, located within walking distance of Villa d’Este. The rooms are clean. The breakfast menu in the lobby is a bit overpriced. It's better to step outside, turn right, and walk to a delicious little deli — a great place for breakfast."

Cernobbio Residence

"We had some difficulty finding the right road because the residence is in the same building as the Terzo Crotto Hotel Restaurant and the external signs are not very clear. However, the building is located in a beautiful park and you can park inside it for 10 euros. The studio is large, the kitchenette area is fully furnished, the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom also has a washing machine and the shower structure was very clean. We did not use the breakfast (buffet 10 euros per person served in the adjacent restaurant). The location is really convenient for reaching the lakeside and the center of Cernobbio. I will gladly return."

"Extremely clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms- amazing view of the lake. Really good quality and fresh breakfast. So quiet we didn’t even know anyone else was staying there. Pool area nice with a great view. About 10 min drive down hill to town. Really enjoyed Cernobbio. Staff was very helpful"

"The hotel is very comfortable and the service is perfect. The good litter and it's clean. The apartment is quite small for 4 rooms. The GRACE black point is bad breakfast: all products are from Lidl or aldi, really disappointing"
