"Absolutely amazing experience at Vineet Kumar's place at ITC Chal Hotel, Himachal Pradesh! We had the Himachali Cha Gosht and it was hands down the best mutton I've ever had. The flavor was so rich, tender and full of authentic pahadi spices. But what made it even more special was chef Vineet Kumar himself - his food and service both were outstanding.
