"I stayed at the Paliria Hotel for 6 nights in April. The location of the hotel is great, but the cleanliness and the staff's attitude towards it and the guests' wishes surprised me in a bad way. The room was not cleaned at all, the beds were not made. The only service was changing towels and taking out the trash. After the room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row, I contacted the hotel administrator to ask how often the room should be cleaned and expressed my wishes regarding the order. The administrator noted this, but the situation did not change. It was very disappointing. In addition, shower accessories were only brought upon request."

"It’s terrible. This hotel used to be among the best ones in town. At the moment, it is one of the most unwelcoming hotels I have ever experienced. We booked two rooms for family members who visited from the US because of the location and the old reputation of the hotel. It was a huge mistake because currently there is no inclusion and respect towards people who are not Kosher and it’s a disgrace to the Greek hospitality. In addition, the hotel runs as a 2-star and not as a 4-star hotel even though they claim they are a 4-star one. Rooms are very small, food is terrible and sometimes not even available at all and on top of that they don’t let you deliver food from outside the hotel and l won’t even comment about their “breakfast” and “coffee”. Highlights of this awful stay also include the rude attitude of the staff and the fact that they did not even provide water bottles to the guests in the rooms. They should emphasize on their website that not Kosher people are not welcome and they should definitely downgrade to a lower star hotel since they don’t meet the criteria to be a 4-star one."

"Lucy hotel is the best in the city. It is central located just over the sea, where you can see of course the sea, the famous "Evripos bridge", the north and south "evoikos" bay and of course the "Karababa" castle. All you need is one step to get into a wide range of cafes, restaurants and fast food. Very clean rooms with new furniture and very nice decoration (the only "not-so-excellent" part of the rooms are the old closets and doors, but they are in an excellent condition!) . As concerns the breakfast area, it is spacious and you can find almost everything to eat. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. One thing that i have to notice as a disadvantage is the parking of the hotel. The entrance is very narrow through a small street, and it is located in the basement of the hotel and it is not spacious."
