The food is very good they make everything as per your request, and as per individual choice. I like spicy they made spicy for me but for my kid they made less spicy. The staff is just too good very humble and helpful. For staff I would give 10/10."

"Stayed here in beginning of May for 2 nights with family (of 3) booked thru a travel agency. Located a bit away from the hustle & bustle of Dalhousie, we were in a cottage room in a hilly area. May not have a view of snow capped mountain but overall nice view. Staff was attentive and helpful be with luggage transfer or serving food or prompt service. Extra bed with cot was arranged when asked. Only 1 bottle of mineral water was provided but when asked was told in a nice manner that extra water can be provided free from their installed RO unit anytime and was provided. Food quality and variety was also good be for breakfast or dinner. Toilet was large and clean with proper amenities expected. Same for tea/coffee sachet provided in the room which was utilized in early morning. Small fridge in proper working condition."
