Mr. Vijay Katuch, took extra efforts and took care of our group throughout our stay and his service was outstanding. The tranquility of the surroundings and the fresh mountain air made every moment unforgettable. A special mention goes to the wonderful people who made our stay so memorable. The landlady was incredibly warm and sweet, making us feel right at home from the very beginning. Hanut, our host, extended exceptional hospitality and ensured that every little detail was taken care of throughout our stay. The caretaker staff also deserve heartfelt appreciation for preparing delicious meals with such care and making sure we were always comfortable. The rooms were cozy, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. "Perched on a hilltop, Brij Villa is a colonial type boutique hotel. We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time. If you are looking for a place home from home then this is the place. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The common areas are pleasnt with lovely views. Sunil, Atul and chef Naresh made sure we were well looked after. They went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Any request we had during meal times was honoured with extremely good vibrations. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay a very memorable one :)"

"Photos on the internet are deceptive. Pls be aware that they are not selling what they are showing on their website. We family of three booked their best view room with balcony but was shocked to see sewage view from room window and a very very narrow passage which they claim to be a balcony (can't even put a chair or a table). Rooms condition : 24x7 awful smell of sewage from washroom and corridors. Pics will be shared by my husband soon. Service n food was just ok. Thank god we didn't book their buffet. Their reception guys are v rude and non helpful. Looks like no hospitality background. Not at all welcoming. They should hire a professional reception girl who has smiling and helpful vibe. Both the lads were cold. Also be **Aware** they can clean your room without your approval in your absence. BREACH OF SECURITY. Hotels approach road is very bad. Uphill climb n narrow. It gets pitch dark after sunset and we had to use mobile phone light to reach the hotel. No street light on the way to hotel. Again v scary n dangerous for people travelling with kids or elders."

"A Luxury Illusion: All Hype, No Substance Aaroham Dalhousie is a total letdown. Parking was chaotic, no one to guide, just roadside confusion. Reception was cold, clueless, and unwelcoming. The room had dirty linen; we had to ask twice to get it changed. Furniture was filthy and dusty. No intercom, had to call staff on personal mobiles for everything. Prebooked dinner was refused at the restaurant and we were compelled to eat in the room, a pathetic experience for a so-called “luxury” stay. Food was cold, tasteless, and felt like recycled leftovers. Towels were stale, bathroom smelled, and housekeeping was nonexistent. Kids area? Bonfire? Sit-out space? Nothing was functional or available. Worst of all, the property was overrun with noisy college students, zero peace, zero privacy. It felt like a hostel, not a resort. Staff lacked basic hospitality sense. Even the Wi-Fi was a joke. This place sells the illusion of luxury but delivers none. Avoid it if you value your time, money, or sanity."

"I have my 1 year old child and I used their room cattle to warm the milk. Afterthat the hotel service boy rudely deny to warm the milk in the cattle. He was very aggressive to me. 1 am there for 3 nights but their behaviour and service was too bad. Please don't waste your journey by going to this hotel. I also asked them to send breakfast in the room also he denied me for that. This is very terrible experience 😭😭😞😞"
