I didn’t have high expectations for the hotel when I made the reservation at first, until I checked in and it was really cost-effective. Service: There is a boy at the front desk who has a very good service attitude. He helped us upgrade our room type for free, and he also said hello every time we met. Overall it's very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Changsha.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, there are robots, and there is a free laundry self-service laundry room,  Hygienic: clean and tidy, very comfortable to enter the room, like Environment: There is a street behind to eat, the taste is delicious 😋, and then go inside is 900 meters straight, passing through the night market, the location is very good Service: The front desk service is also very good, come in and say hello to me, the smile at the front desk is very comfortable

The first time I came to Changsha to live in Berman, the room was very clean and tidy, really good! The front desk lady is very good, very warm, there is a faint fragrance on the floor, very good smell, not pungent! Like lychee fragrance! The overall environment of the hotel is good! Really good, I recommend everyone to come and experience!

國慶全家遊選對酒店！柏曼酒店太懂出行需求了 國慶帶爸媽和孩子來長沙玩，特意選了離中南大學僅500米的柏曼酒店，住下來發現簡直是“寶藏之選”，必須好好誇誇！ 先説硬件，酒店設施特別新，完全沒有老舊感，房間裏的傢俱、電器都像剛投入使用不久，衞生更是沒得挑，床品、桌面、浴室角落都乾乾淨淨，帶長者孩子住特別放心。 前台服務超加分！辦理入住時主動熱情，得知我們是全家來玩，詳細介紹了周邊的中南大學、湖南大學等名校打卡點，還耐心規劃了嶽麓山、橘子洲頭的遊玩路線，連去五一廣場的地鐵換乘都講得明明白白，省了我們不少做攻略的時間。 最貼心的是兩個“剛需配置”：一是有免費停車場，自駕過來不用愁停車費；二是配備了洗衣房，帶娃換下來的臟衣服隨時能洗，旅途更輕鬆。 整體住下來，不管是位置、設施還是服務，都挑不出毛病，這個價位能有這樣的體驗，性價比真的超高，下次帶家人來長沙還會選這裏！

房間有股淡淡的香味，床也舒服，洗浴用品很好用很喜歡，淡淡的香味聞起來真的很舒心，去旅遊回來累了休息真的很舒服，安全設施也很到位，服務態度也特別好，總體就是喜歡喜歡喜歡，地理位置也好，離地鐵站不遠，風景好
