"Sehr gutes Hotel, wirklich viele Handtücher vorhanden, das waren locker 5 Stück. Bett gemütlich, Kissen könnte besser sein, Decke gut. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Bett etwas zu leicht beweglich. Bad wirklich schön modern. Einzig die Klimaanlage ist nicht so gut. Den Raum heizen mit warmer Luft, ist nicht so toll. Hatte direkt nach der ersten Nacht Nase zu und augen rot. Und wenn man die Klimaanlage ausschaltet, knirscht die noch so nervig - wenn man dann schlafen möchte."

"The service staff was broadly friendly. Unfortunately at the reception we met on a somewhat unfriendly staff. Parking in the adjacent parking house we have Regulated at arrival, with a parking ticket for two days and paid at the reception. After a business visit to Chemnitz the next day, we didn't get through the barrier with our ticket when we returned, i.e. when pressing the button, a new parking ticket came out. At the reception no one could help us, we had to go through the street to a parking company office. As a service we would have expected one of the two employees at the reception that a telephone call with this company will be conducted would certainly have been able to clarify some of us. To get out, we had to pay a new ticket for 10 euros. Totally € 30,00 for 2 days. Is a lot of money! Unfortunately the room was noisy from street noise, although we have ordered an extra quiet room. Eventually there are no quiet rooms! The room was close to the TV. The arrangement would have been possible otherwise. We were twice ,,Good,, Eating in the hotel."

"There is no one of the most worth staying hotels in Kaim! Fully equipped, with electric fans and radiators, fast internet speed (much better than the conference hotel next door), and the room was cleaned in time. Convenient transportation, downstairs is the bus station and tram station. The location is excellent, you can walk to the mall/square in two steps, and there are many delicious restaurants around. Highly recommended! ! !"

"The location is great, very close to the station, about a 3-minute walk. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel is well maintained. I've stayed at this hotel several times when I come to Chemnitz, and it's always been excellent."
