This stay was absolutely perfect, I genuinely recommend it! I came to Chengdu with my elderly parents and booked a king room without breakfast. Originally, they couldn't arrange connecting rooms for us, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. They upgraded our room type for free and even kindly provided four days of complimentary breakfast. The service was meticulous and heartwarming.The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. The rooms were cleaned daily on time, and the space was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were complete, equipped with a smart heated toilet and non-slip mats. Hot water came quickly, and the shower pressure was just right, making for a superb living experience.The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, with dishes updated slightly each day. The food was delicious, with a full range of meat, vegetables, staple foods, and porridges, ensuring both the elderly and children could eat comfortably.The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Metro Line 17, just a 1-minute walk away. Public transport is convenient right outside the door, and taxis are also readily available. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making travel and sightseeing incredibly hassle-free.

This stay was incredibly heartwarming! When I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, I realized I had forgotten to purchase it and felt really awkward and unsure what to do. Thankfully, the duty manager at the front desk was very observant and immediately noticed my predicament. He thoughtfully came over to help resolve the embarrassing situation and even kindly offered a complimentary breakfast. The manager was gentle and sincere, providing truly attentive and considerate service, full of thoughtful details that were incredibly touching. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, making for an overall excellent experience. I sincerely commend the duty manager for his thoughtful service and highly approve of this hotel's service quality. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose to stay here again, and I highly recommend it to friends traveling to Chengdu!

The staff were all very enthusiastic and answered all our questions thoroughly, without being perfunctory. The lobby looked bright and spacious, and it was very comfortable to sit and relax while waiting for friends. The room was a good size, both single beds were quite spacious, the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area.

Transportation location: Located in the core area of the city center of Chengdu First Ring Road, the transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. I received her call and detailed positioning and check-in guidelines before I arrived at the store. Location is very good. Metro station “Renmin North Road “ exit B is very close. On this hotel haven’t reception. You need call by phone when arriving in hotel. The my room is clean. Washing machine is available. It’s very nice, when you need wash clothes. If there is a dryer, it will be even better. The room have a kitchen. But haven’t spoon, bowls, dishes and pots. Personal of hotel is very polite and nice. I recommend. If I visit Chengdu, will come back this hotel.

Some small suggestions, the first room can replace non-disposable slippers with odorless slippers made of EVA materials, so that the slippers have no smell after wet water. The second is to add a cover to the floor drain under the sink on the first floor, so that there will be no smell of sewers. Third, the perfume on the TV cabinet can be placed in the cabinet under the sink, can be scented without pungent, maintain a faint feeling. Because I saw in other comment areas before that someone also responded that the first floor was stinky. I covered a wet face towel on the floor drain + took out the slippers + aromatherapy to change the location, the room smell was eliminated, and the experience of staying was further increased. Overall, the experience is very good, the price is full, the location is also very convenient, very close to Wenshu Monastery. More recommended

The environment is good. The room size is generally the top spray. The toilet mirror is good. The window is not big. The price is right. It is not very soundproof. The front desk service is good. The aunt is clean and will not move my things. I forgot to take the hotel photo. The fly in the ointment is that the towel on the sink is bad. There will be water stains

The apartment is located on the sixth floor of Feidameiyu Building, very close to the subway Wenshu Station, convenient transportation, and the keys to the door are all next to the No. 1 apartment. The room is very new, the environment is very clean and stylish, the facilities are complete, the heating is strong, the bath water is directly electric, and the water pressure is not very large. Looking forward to staying again next time! 🥰
