The room is small and smaller than the average business hotel, but the overall decoration and facilities are very new. I don’t like to book that kind of old hotel for hundreds of years abroad. And the address location has nothing to say. It is too convenient to go out to the trump building.

This was one of the best hostel experiences I've ever had. Even as a solo female traveler I felt quite safe in the hostel premises. They had plenty of events, I joined a couple of walking tours in which i learned a lot and made new friends. The shared areas are super big and very convenient. The location is excellent. If I ever need to go back to Chicago I'll stay here for sure.

At first, we had a problem about the room being not ready for check in. However, the staff gave us the king size bed. The location is good not far from the metro and walkable distance to downtown. The main problem for our stay was the very cold weather. Good stay.

The hotel is great, especially the location, very close to the attractions, the Millennium Park is 5 minutes walk, the wills sky tower is 9 minutes walk, the Chicago River Cruise is also 10 minutes from the Museum District, 25 minutes, the Navy Pier 32 minutes, in short You don't have to buy a bus card here, walking is enough. Especially to the airport is very convenient, two minutes to the subway blue line directly to O'Hare airport, very convenient. Breakfast has not been eaten. The room was a little bit small, I ignored it, and it was so perfect when I went out. It feels good. Only a little hotel received my estimate of $200 is a deposit. If there is no problem, I will return it. I will ask how long I can return to my account. The front desk said that I don’t know. The money was swiped directly from the credit card. A bit uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly. They were very patient with me, even though my English isn't great, and used translation software to help. My room had a city view; while it wasn't a lake view, I could see the tall buildings outside. The room was spacious, and although the decor was a bit dated, it was exceptionally clean. You have to pick up bottled water yourself from the front desk. The location is superb, directly across from the lakeside and a park. It's within walking distance of Millennium Park and the Art Institute of Chicago. The Magnificent Mile and Chicago River are a bit further to walk, but the #3 bus right outside the hotel makes it very convenient to get there. It's close to the business district, near the subway, and there's a Macy's nearby. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, and there's even a Starbucks on the first floor of the hotel, making it very easy to grab things. The hotel opened in 1920-something, so it's almost a century old and many historical figures have stayed here. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel boasts a truly excellent location, outperforming some pricier options. It's incredibly convenient for catching a cruise, right at the doorstep! The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Thumbs up!

It is a super hotel, large room with large bathroom. Friendly staff and the location is great. We had a corner room so that made it absolutely great. We had breakfast at Meli and that was also fine, not over the top, simple but tasty. If we go again we would love to come again. Photos of our view.

The hotel is located in the city center, convenient transportation, very close to the lake, walking to the big shopping plazas such as Macy's. There are also Qianxi Parks such as Chicago Dou to visit.

Facilities: Good, the room is big. The front desk is downstairs, you need to take the elevator to go upstairs. There are unlimited drinks. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Clean and good. Service: No service, you can play by yourself throughout the whole process. The location is perfect, it is close to the city center by foot. Cheap price, great value
