"Although it was just for one night, I truly appreciate the stay. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to CENTRAL station. It was great to be able to take the T8 train from the airport, drop off my luggage, and then go sightseeing. It was a little confusing that the reception was actually the bar counter on the first floor, as it's purely a bar, but the staff were friendly, so it wasn't a problem. Since I stayed on a Saturday night, I could hear music from the bar downstairs until late, but for me, it just felt like background noise, and disposable earplugs were provided in the room. There's no place to hang clothes in the room, so it would be great if they could add a hanger rack (there was certainly enough space). The shower curtain was too long and the bottom was dirty; I think simply trimming it to the right length would help maintain cleanliness."

"My stay at this hotel was incredibly upsetting and a truly terrible experience. First, the hotel charged my bank card an extra amount without any prior notification. The front desk claimed I "didn't provide an email address," which is completely illogical – you're required to enter an email during the booking process, so it's impossible that it wasn't there. Secondly, the hotel alleged that I had an 'additional guest,' but in reality, no one else stayed with me. I asked them to review security footage to verify this, but the hotel never responded directly to me. Instead, they only communicated with the booking platform, completely ignoring my requests for direct communication. Even more importantly, I can provide evidence proving I wasn't even at the hotel on those specific days, such as travel records and public transport card logs, all of which can confirm my whereabouts. However, the hotel didn't seriously address this and proceeded to charge me anyway. The entire process felt extremely opaque, and it appears there are serious issues with their billing practices and overall management. Deducting money directly without sufficient communication or evidence is highly irresponsible and raises significant concerns about financial security. I am currently considering filing a complaint through the platform and may even pursue legal action to protect my rights. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; please choose with caution. I will also be reporting this to the police."

"It was a private lodging where we exchanged key information via email for check-in and check-out. First of all, the photo of the location was wrong, so I couldn't get in for an hour, which was a problem... I've attached a photo, but it's the gray building in the back. The room was small, and the only good thing was that the shower worked. In the middle of the night, water leaked from the ceiling and soaked the bed, making it a terrible night."
