"Long story short: Great stay, with great service at great prices! Thank you Suraj, Surya, and Shiva for arranging this wonderful experience. I was looking for a safari in Chitwan when I came across the website of this hotel. I found the contact information and texted the owner, Suraj, with my questions. Within a few minutes, I received a response, and we decided to stay at the hotel. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and helped us choose the right safari. We chose the 3-day walking tour and, after asking about safety, the owner arranged for a guide with 37 years of jungle experience. Surya was a great guide, and together with our other guide, Shiva, they made our safari an unforgettable experience. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious and quiet. It’s located just outside the city center, about a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of seating areas both inside and outside. The beds are comfortable, with mosquito nets included, air conditioning is available if needed, and the breakfast options are excellent."

"Bahari jungle Lodge was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The Lodge itself is wonderful; from the hut overlooking Chitwan National Park, the beautifully maintained landscaping, a great pool, delicious food and exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. I want to sincerely thank Naveen for going above and beyond to make my stay feel safe, comfortable and genuinely welcoming from the moment I stepped on the property while overlooking the Rapti river. He introduced himself, offered helpful information about the lodge, the different trees and plants on the property, the restaurant, services provided, and even about the Gharial crocodiles that he pointed out right in front of me. As a solo traveler, I was so grateful of his effort, as his proactive care significantly contributed to a positive welcoming environment for myself who was navigating a new place alone. I also had the absolute pleasure of going on two excursions with Govinda and both were nothing short of incredible. His depth of knowledge, passion for the environment, and ability to spot wildlife that I completely missed made it unforgettable. He genuinely cares about giving people a meaningful connection to nature. My stay wasn’t just pleasant, it was memorable. Bahari jungle Lodge, without a doubt, is the place to stay in Chitwan!! It will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the future."

"We highly recommend this place. The resort is right on the river and you can see life going on, on the river by locals as well as a lot of bird life, making the place peaceful and lovely to relax when not on a safari. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very tidy. Staff is amazingly friendly and food also tasty. The food is a buffet and varies from day to day. There is Tea & Coffee available throughout the day as you relax and watch life going on the river. Further, we went on Safari with a local Safariguide (SriKrishna) and Driver ( Krishna) it was a wonderful experience. We saw Rhinos Monkeys, Peakcocks, Deers, Bison and lots of varied Birds Etc. Going on a Safari with them was a wonderful experience especially the early morning safari. They were both very knowledgeable and pointed out various species of birds and animals in the National Park. We also went on a canoe ride and spotted crocodiles and various birds which was a wonderful trip. The resort put on a cultural dance one evening we were there and it was such a pleasure seeing that and being explained about it. Thanks also to the hotel manager and the staff for providing excellent service and hospitality through our stay."

"Our stay at Royal Tulip Chitwan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The setting is truly stunning — peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while experiencing everything Chitwan has to offer. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really made the experience special though was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. The excursions arranged by the hotel were first class and extremely well organised, making it easy for us to enjoy the best of Chitwan without any stress. Our room was spotless, fresh, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We also really appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel extra special — the turn-down service, chocolates, and personalised notes from the staff were such thoughtful details and showed the level of care the hotel puts into its guests’ experience. If you’re planning a visit to Chitwan, I honestly can’t recommend Royal Tulip Chitwan highly enough. It is the perfect hotel to stay in and we would happily return again."

"One of the best services you will ever get. We have travelled many countries and stayed at many places across budget ranges, and this would be right up amongst the best. There is nothing extravagant that makes it special. The small personal touches with is consistent across the staff makes you feel cared…pampered…makes you feel good! We experienced this from the moment we entered the property. The staff at the reception (we interacted with Guni Thapa) were brisk, compassionate and clear! We were travelling with our parents who are old and have limited mobility. These guys ensured we were given rooms located closer to the reception (as we would have to go to the reception every time we had to go for a safari or canoeing ride) and the restaurant…and this was done even before we had arrived. There was a frenzy of interaction between themselves and before we realised, they had arranged for wheelchairs for mom, rooms were ready, WiFi details shared, and before we knew, we were all settled in our cozy rooms. Then comes the restaurant…The staff there (a special mention to Nimmi Sherpa) were empathy personified! They ensured every small fuss of ours (veg, non spicy, no garlic at times, no eggs, needing food by a particular time) were dealt with a consistent smile and care. The food was outstanding (do not miss the veg biryani…it’s one of the best I’ve had). The care was always genuine. They would come and check every time we would order something new, to seek feedback on the taste, temperature, etc etc etc. The quality of service was consistent across every single staff we interacted with. I can go on, and it’s because we never realised that great personal service like this can elevate the entire experience of your holiday. We are glad we chose Kasara over the other options we looked at for our stay at Chitwan. We leave for Kathmandu tmrw and back to India day after, and we go back rejuvenated after a wonderful experience here. Highly recommended!"

The vision of the young entrepreneur Dharmik (the owner) is inspiring and the staff are very well trained, helpful and welcoming. My solo trip ended with 2 nights here and I loved everything about this place. I would recommend it for traveler/s who do not nit pick and who can come with open mind, relax, enjoy slow mornings and even slower but stunning sunsets views with sip of chilled beer. The food option is limited but everything they offer is made with love and is on point. I would visit again for all the peace, love and attention i got during my stay."

"The Meghauli Serai is set in amazing grounds and views . The entrance overlooks an infinity pool with the jungle in the background . We were fortunate to have Swatika as our guide for the safari drive, walk and boat safari , she is extremely knowleable and engaging . We were lucky enough to see a Tiger , Rhino with calf , Sloth bear monkeys and Deer. Sujan in the restaurant looked after us for all our meals and was very attentive and friendly . The food is amazing and varied , often we just didn’t have the capacity to eat all offerings .All the staff are very attentive and trying to make your stay memorable . The traditional local dancing on our last night was a lovely end to our stay ."

"This hotel exudes luxury and offers a wealth of amenities. The staff were very welcoming; we were immediately given a towel to freshen up, which was lovely! The reception area is beautiful, including its own Safari desk, which is great! There's an elevator and two wide staircases, which is unique. You can visit the gym, relax in the spa, and there's a jacuzzi outside—wonderful! There are also cozy outdoor seating areas where you can enjoy drinks and food, open 24/7. A new hotel located just outside the center of Sauraha, in a quiet area, which I really like! A very luxurious and beautiful hotel!"

The hotel and excursions were arranged for me by a third party so I didn't really have any involvement in that, but I was really impressed with how nice this place was.
