"A fantastic hotel in a very central location. The staff is exceptional. Especially Monika, she's a real ray of sunshine and you immediately feel at ease."

"We checked in but ultimately had to leave because of several issues with the room and the property. First, our room on the second floor had no electricity. We were told there was a blackout in the area, but the first floor still had electricity. After waiting for quite some time, we were moved to a room on the first floor. However, the lights in that room went off again before eventually coming back on. We had to leave for a scheduled tour activity. When we returned, we heard a constant dripping sound coming from the showerhead. The receptionist tried to shut it off but was unable to do so, so he had to turn off the water supply to the room. There was also a large wet spot near the entrance of the room. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property and decided to leave. Given the repeated electricity problems, the water issue, and the wet area in the room, we felt the accommodations were not suitable for our stay."
