Reception staffs are friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean. We booked this hotel for 8 nights. The room was well cleaned when we returned at night. Free water bottles and clean towels replenished daily. The only down side is the lifts. This is a 21 storey building but there are only 4 lifts. We have to wait for very long to get into the lift as they are always fully packed.

Clean and convenient hotel.Free breakfast and drinking water.Short walk to night sightseeing.Very near metro Linjiangmen Exit2 and bus air port K02.

Great location. Besides the Lingjiangmen metro station. Walking distance to Jiefangbei. Many eateries around. Very friendly front desk too. Recommended a good company for day tour.
5 minutes walk to Kuixinglou. From Kuixinglou, another 10minutes walk to Hongyadong.
Breakfast is normal Chinese type, but they changed the menu slightly everyday.
Definitely will stay here again if I return to Chongqing.

Excellent location, view of Jiefangbei if room is on high floor. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast is poor, not much choices, place to eat breakfast is also very small. Room is huge and clean, love the virtual assistant - quite fun when using it.

What I like
1. Great location, it’s walking distance to Hongyadong and the Jiafangbei shopping area.
2. A Chinese supermarket next door. - I love shopping for Chinese grocery and it’s so convenient here.
3. Clean and bright rooms.
4. Chinese breakfast- simple and I like the food range.
5. The youthful front desk r exceptionally helpful. They helped to book the River cruise and the Pipa hotpot at discounted price from the website. I wild credit the Mr Chan (front desk) for the outstanding help.
In all, the service and quality that we had is comparable to the 5 star hotel. We will stay here again at our next trip to ChongQing
