good hotel with friendly staff break fast was ok, location was 3 min walk to one of the good outdoor market called vernissage, near republic square and you can access easily, you should aware there is no staff to take care of your bags, hotel had no ramp, room was clean and there was construction’s behind hotel which if you want to stayed at your rooms in daylight i think it will disturb you, read the policy of hotel about toothbrush and water. but I enjoyed stay there because staff was kind and location was very good, rooms was clean.

We had our own criteria for choosing a hotel. Convenient location for us, something within walking distance, near bus stop, metro, shops, restaurants. The photos of the hotel in the advertisement correspond to the declared ones, the room is clean, in order to be cleaned you need to hang a tag or speak to the reception. A budget hotel in the city center, saved the evening by the pool and courtyard, where you can sit with local drinks and discuss new impressions of Yerevan. Breakfast from 9.00 am, modest, but we had enough, instant coffee. We asked for a kettle and I made myself coffee (I bought it for myself) as I like it. Breakfasts are held in another room without windows, which upset me, I wanted windows with views of Ararat. The hotel is located on a slope, below the river and there are restaurants, in the evening loud music plays and songs are sung, but the noise is until 23.00. Such rules in Armenia. The staff is friendly, responsive. The hotel left a good impression. Recommend for a city break in hot weather.

Thank you Cascade for everything I stayed 5 night in Cascade Hotel and every thing was so good that I decided extend my check out for 3 nights more… Despite the hotel is located in the one of the best location of city but the location is very serene and full of peace… My room window open onto the Cascade (one of the attentions on the Yervan)… I was one person (one girl) but the hotel feels like my home… You can approach to the best place of the city just by foot.. The staff are very friendly and helpful.. Air conditioning was very good… Their is no electric hot water but you can call with the room service and they provide it for you in the seconds… Hair dryer was strong… I must check out tomorrow and i will miss my room in Cascade Hotel... Thank you so much Cascade⭐️

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

Единственный плюс этого отеля - это расположение. Заходишь по мраморной лестнице, рисуешь картинки с фото букинга, ведь у отеля 4 звёзды, и ты ожидаешь от него определённого уровня. И все хорошо, до момента пока ты не зашёл в номер. В номере уставшее абсолютно все: от стен и мебели до кранов и сантехники. Про потолок и «вентиляцию» в туалете я молчу. Там просто при открывании двери постоянно открывается люк в пространство стены с видом на трубы. И вся конструкция закреплена на грязном скотче. Завтрак включён, но будьте готовы к тому что это яйца (омлет, глазунья), сосиска 1 шт или жареный бекон 2 кусочка, зато 4 куска хлеба; салат из овощей, десерт и пару кусочков фруктов. Мой муж не ест яйца, но других вариантов никто Вам не предложит. Из напитков 1 холодный, 1 горячий. Холодные - это вода без газа или сок (мультифрукт «Добрый», в последний день появился яблочный), чай: чёрный, зеленый был не всегда. Кофе только вареный маленькая чашка, молоко добавить нельзя. Я не пью чёрный чай, чёрный кофе и химозный мультифрукт, лимон к чаю взять нельзя, поэтому из вариантов вода 😅 Еда съедобная, но однообразная. По номеру фото добавлю. Желание вернуться отсутствует.

I stayed in many hotels and apartments in Yerevan, but RIS DALMA is the case when it 's really better than the picture. Incredibly clean, fresh, stylish, beautiful, staff very polite, and the suitcases help to take, and for the car the place will stay on the parking, just perfect! In the apartments there are all necessary dishes (ideally clean!), in the water refrigerator, in the kitchen tea, coffee, sugar!!! Ideal! And from each room there is a beautiful view: I lived in a room with a view to Mount Ararat and a view to the city, it is two incredibly beautiful views! The location is perfect: next to the Dalma Mall shopping center, where there is a supermarket and all the necessary shops.

Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy. A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite. Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

Appartamenti nuovi, completi di tutto. Cucina con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè italiana. Molto bello anche il bagno. Pulizia delle stanze top. Di negativo, l’appartamento è in po’ buio, è decisamente difficile da trovare, non ha parcheggio ed essendo in centro è un problema. Non mi è piaciuta anche l’accoglienza molto fredda ben lontana dagli standard armeni.
