"Sign on back of door says please do not smoke but there are cigarettes (and condoms) on sale in the room. I had to keep the fan on to circulate the air because the air stank of cigarette smoke. Location-wise, it is a stone's throw from a wonderful night food street and restaurants that operate both day and night."
