"The hotel’s cleanliness is excellent, and the check-in staff are friendly. Can leave luggage before check in time. There are shuttle bus services (time refers to the hotel counter). Highly recommended for those visiting Disneyland or DisneySea. One area that could be improved is the shuttle bus queue announcement. Besides using the local language, it would be much better to include English as well, so that tourists from other countries can understand the instructions clearly."

"We enjoyed our stay very much here. The room is spacious and there is a Lawson right inside the hotel. There is not much within the surrounding but the hotel is accessible by bus no. 3 / 23 at Shin-Urayasu Station. The hotel offers coach bus to and from The Disneyland & DisneySea, which is convenient. The bus ride is around 25 minutes. The staff are all very friendly and professional. We would consider staying here next time!"

"Easy and hassle free experience to book using Trip. Even booking last minute in the country was so easy using the app. Take note hotel no restaurant but have microwave. And free drink at night time. Free shuttle bus to disney land and sea was great. But if you traveling to tokyo or hello kitty Puroland will be super far. They even have bed rails for kids. They will only clean room if you stay continue 3 night."
