GGuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's conveniently located with a smooth, complimentary shuttle service to both DisneySea and Disneyland. Hotel: The concierge was very helpful in explaining how to book the airport shuttle. I apologize for forgetting his name. We booked a set dinner at the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve, and it was excellent value for money with great taste. Thumbs up! 👍

KKristina SihuiWe arrived from Fuji and checked in quite late at night to this hotel. It is quite a far walk from the metro, about 15mins walk but they have shuttle bus to and from Disneyland which is convenient for people visiting Disneyland. We stayed for one night as we planned to visit Disney the next day. Front desk is well equipped with English and helped us check in very quickly. They introduced us their hotel facilities very well and gave us free spa voucher to use for the night or early morning. They also helped us to book a taxi as we need to go to the nearby AEON mall to buy some stuff and grab our dinner. We were very tired from a long day in Fuji so we decided to take a taxi. The room is spacious and we have plenty space to open our luggage fully on the floor. Toilet was split into dry for toilet bowl, wet for shower. This is the best part of this hotel! If i were to visit disney again, i would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Mmyqx04The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity.

GG_VPHeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience. The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience. The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks. Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

AAnonymous UserRelatively good, very good location for visiting disney parks. Overall good large room, only thing is it is a bit of an old hotel and the rooms do show age. Also, I tried both the restuarant and the breakfast buffet both, a bit too expensive for what is provided so wouldn't recommend. Nice view out of rooms too.

HHefeng05📍 The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right inside Tokyo Disney Resort, with Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line right at its doorstep, just a 5-minute walk away 🚃. There's a free shuttle bus to the parks, and an airport limousine bus stop downstairs, so even with luggage, it's a breeze. 🌿 The ambiance is grand yet quiet, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby and stylish art deco decor. From the ocean-view room's balcony, you can watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay and planes taking off and landing in the distance – truly therapeutic! 🌊 The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; even with an extra bed for three of us, it was comfortable. The separate bathtub was perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue, and though the bedding was firm, we slept soundly. 🍳 Breakfast was the highlight! The hotel has four restaurants to choose from, and we tried them for three consecutive days: * **Grand Café:** The most popular, with the widest variety. The freshly made omelets and French toast are a must-try, but it often gets crowded in the morning, so going early is recommended. * **Galleria Café:** More geared towards Western light meals. The automatic coffee machine makes good lattes ☕. It's less crowded and quiet, perfect for a quick bite if you're in a hurry. * **Asuka (飛鳥):** Offers Japanese set meals. The grilled fish, miso soup, and small side dishes are exquisitely presented, adding a sense of ceremony 🍱. Service can be slow, but if you're not rushing, it's a very pleasant dining experience. 💁 The service is up to Japanese standards. The front desk staff communicate smoothly in English. Luggage storage and early check-in can be handled at the Welcome Center next to Maihama Station, which is very thoughtful. The kids' play area and indoor pool allowed the little ones to burn off energy completely, giving the adults a break. Overall, I'd definitely want to come back for the Disney convenience and breakfast variety! Highly recommend for families with kids. 👨‍👩‍👧

TTyng WongThe sea-view hotel offered really spacious rooms. My daughter loved the bunk beds! It had a bathtub, and they even provided bath salts, which was a nice touch to relieve fatigue after a long day at Disney – a soak was definitely needed. There's also a fridge in the room. It's a self-check-in system, but you can grab toothbrushes and washcloths at the counter. A Lawson convenience store is right downstairs. After being exhausted from Disney, this hotel was an excellent choice. They also have a shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland and DisneySea, as well as to Shin-Urayasu Station, where there's a large AEON supermarket – great for browsing, and they sell lots of bento boxes. The hotel was very comfortable and convenient.

YYuwengongThe facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

It’s very convenient and accessible, with nearby train stations and even a bus service that takes you directly to the station, making travel hassle-free. The breakfast served in the morning was also really good—simple, satisfying, and a great way to start the day. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hallways were spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of the stay. The ambiance of the hotel is truly magical. It feels like stepping into a fairytale castle, reminiscent of Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella—very charming and whimsical. To top it off, there’s a beautiful sea view that adds a relaxing and refreshing touch to the experience. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend, especially for Disney trips.
