One big plus is the direct connection to IOI City Mall, which made it very convenient with plenty of food and shopping options just steps away. The hotel has a young, modern, and lively vibe, perfect for a casual and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Location is great. Pillow looks dirty. Booked 2 queens,fair price for it & room was spacious. Got iron board outside. Toilet is big,no toothbrush etc given. TV good,have all local channels. Room card cannot be used,got to use key instead. Got fridge also & 4 mineral waters provided. Overall was fine for me & family,what do you expect paying cheap to get all the necessities? if you want to get all those,please stay at Le Méridien or Moxy. Understand? i just dont understand people complaining in the review… I’ll rate this place at 8/10…"

"The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet"
