The room has a kitchen, kitchenware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and you can cook by yourself. The hotel is clean and bright and has a gym. Although there are not many types of breakfast, there are various nutrients. Nearby is the airport, like to see the feeling of the plane. No planes take off and land at night, so you can sleep well.

Consistent with other GWLâs. Decent food, friendly staff, great water park, and very busy. Things to do: water park with many slides, surf simulator, kid play area, lazy river, wave pool. Towels are free to use. Rock climbing, arcade, bowling (miniature balls/lanes) and probably lots more I didnât see. We got a good deal on the room, but as always we always end up spending 3x what the room rate is buying pup passes, food, drinks, donuts, coffee, candy, yadayada. You can bring your own food and drink (even alcohol) in to the water park and hotel so you can make it less expensive but if you have kids especially under 10 yo youâve got to get at least the smaller pup pass at $50 per. With pup pass they get some arcade play, build a bear, candy. Itâs a nice fun thing for the kids to do. Overall we had a great stay and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Itâs just really busy but thatâs all GWLâs.

No hot WATER!! For showers in the morning. This doesnât make a happy customer. I had a early flight. Notified the front desk and said they could not take care of the problem until later in the morning. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this is the first time i have had a problem. I asked the front desk if they could adjust the bill and they said the manager was the person to speak too and of course that person wasnât available until later. That ruined my experience with this hotel

Though the ratings for this property are generally good and my past stays at Hilton Garden Inns have been good to excellent, this property fell a bit short of expectations. On the plus side, most of the staff were very nice, especially the evening hostess at the bar (I believe her name was Sue), and our room on the front side of the hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. On the downside, however, rooms and hallways were dated and a bit worn, there was no food and beverage service Sunday night (not sure if that's every Sunday or just when we were there), the breakfast was a serve-yourself set up with selections that were more limited than you'd find at many Hampton Inns, and there was no table service at all. The only staff person who came close to our table at breakfast was someone cleaning the table next to us, with his backside against our table. The evening meals and service were, however, good. In short, not a bad place at all, but some improvements are needed to match my usual Hilton Garden Inn experience.

From the moment I arrived I felt like a VIP guest. Immediately during my check in Mr. Nicholas P., the Front Office Manager, made sure I had a room to my liking. During my 6 day stay, Nicholas and his colleague Ms. Sonia W., Asst. Front Office Manager seemed to be there anytime I had a question or concern. They also made sure I had plenty of warm cookies the DoubleTree is known for! (a nice extra). The property is well situated, with both adult and family oriented dining opportunities. The dining room and bar on site are both well equipped and serviced by courteous and professional staff. Overall this location has everything you would need and well priced for all the amenities available. If you find yourself in Bloomington, MN. be sure to consider staying at this location.

Yash is AMAZING!!! He was working the overnight shift during a crazy storm. Helped me get a room for the night even though I was arriving super late and had to leave super early the next morning to get to the airport. He even made sure to arrange an airport shuttle for me at the right time and was still working the next morning when I left. He remembered my name and checked to make sure I was there to get on the shuttle. AMAZING!! The room was clean too. The true STAR is YASH!!! Yash was friendly, professional, polite, kind and just such a lovely person even after working the overnight shift. Give that man a raise. HE IS WONDERFUL!!!

GGuest UserWe are very happy with our stay at Country Inn. Walking distance to Mall of America, there are 2 restaurants right next to the hotel also. Breakfast was pretty good, could use a different variety on the next day but not a big deal. Staff were super helpful and friendly, from the check in staff to the shuttle drivers they are treating you like they already met you before.

Highly recommend! The perfect place to stay for our group - nice amenities close to lobby (fitness room, pool, tv area, restaurant, bar, fenced in patio). We had a small family reunion and the staff was wonderful to work with! Everyone in our group was impressed, it was a feeling of sophisticated comfort away from the mega conference centers. The things that really stand outâŚfriendly help setting everything up ahead of time, a comfortable and convenient first floor area to meet our needs, and helpful staff to bring it all together during the event. We used a small conference room near the lobby and they catered food right outside the room, and they also arranged for us to use the patio for just a bit when the restaurant was closed (tables with large umbrellas helped in the sun). It was perfect - we had all age groups, families with small kids, folks who didnât want to walk a long ways...the space is well-designed to allow walking through or mingling, and was also updated a couple years ago so looks and feels like a gem!

GGuest UserAfter a flight cancellation we had to book a hotel late in the night and the staff was very helpful and courteous, especially Sharmin ensured that everything goes fine with the luggage and going back to the airport with the hotel shuttle. Furthermore, the famous Mall of America is very close to the hotel and therefore layover time can be spend there as well!

GGuest UserNO BREAKFAST, despite the fact that it still says there's a breakfast served in the pool area. I stayed here several times pre-covid and it was the typical Choice Hotel hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, fruit. etc. They're using Covid as an excuse to provide so-called grab n go bag. I will not recommend this hotel if you're expecting or enjoy a decent breakfast. I gave it 3 stars because the bed was comfortable, and because they were kind enough to honor my request for a room close to the elevator so I didn't have to carry my heavy bags far. If you don't mind paying for a decent morning meal down the road, then you will not be disappointed. I travel constantly for work and find that most decent hotels are now doing breakfast again, which is a very important perk for me and my clients. C'mon, Comfort inn!
