Best Burbank Hotels

"We stayed 3 nights in an ADA suite on M hall. We were here from out of state for a family birthday. The room was nice, comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors or running down the hall. We did not use any amenities provided due to family activities. We have been here several other times in the past. We have never had a problem. We will return. The staff are friendly and kind."

"Super close to Universal Studios less than 10 minute drive and lots of shopping nearby as well. Room was clean stayed for two nights. I ordered food from the kitchen 10 minutes before closing and was still served Proper service. Thank you."

"Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name"

"The hotel is in Burbank, where there are not many tourists and even fewer Chinese people. I heard that this area is the Warner Bros. area, and there is a studio being built opposite. It is a very niche hotel. The hotel is elegantly decorated with a sense of age. Most of the guests staying here are elderly. The room is okay, but the breakfast is simple, with only bagels, yogurt, milk coffee, etc. I asked the waiter to heat up the milk, which cost an additional $5. If you need eggs or other food, you will be charged extra. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but I personally think it is a bit stingy. After all, the room price is 1800+, so it is reasonable to add eggs to the breakfast. I stayed for 6 nights. This is a true review!"

"The location is good. Surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores. Hotel has a laundry room that open 24 hours. This is help me so much because i was 11 days stay there.There's some playgrounds near by. Just 5 minutes driving. Since i am traveling with family, it's so helpful."

"Thought the trip was good, however, we only stayed overnight. The hotel was good, and I was happy they accomadated me with (2) beds even though my original was made and could not be changed or ammended..according to TRIP.COM POLICY...They at the hotel did it anyway, THANK YOU FOLKS SO MUCH!!"
